Beachside Ceremony:Beachside ceremonies are available at three locations through the City of Deerfield Beach. Currently there is a $418.00 fee for the permit for a beach ceremony with a $100.00 refund after the event. This amount is subject to change by the City of Deerfield Beach. Client is responsible for securing the permit once space is confirmed on your behalf. Should you have questions regarding your beach ceremony permit, please contact the City of Deerfield Beach at 954-480-4433.

Client is responsible for contacting outside vendors for set-up pertaining to their Beach Ceremony to include chairs, flowers, music, sound and power.

Hotel Ceremony:Please ask your catering manager for availability and pricing.

Parking:Complimentary Day of Event Parking included in Social packages.Overnight parking – standard charges apply.

Initial Deposit:A non-refundable 25% deposit of the anticipated food and beverage revenue will be required at the time the contract is signed.

Service Charge and Taxes: All food and beverage related charges are subject to a 22% service charge and current sales tax. The service charge is a taxable item in accordance with the State of Florida Department of Revenue.

Room Blocks: Guest suites are available at a reduced rate based upon availability for a block of 10 and more suites. Please contact our Sales Office at (954) 312-2029 for more information regarding rates and availability.

Guest Amenities:Guest amenities can be delivered to guest rooms at $4.00 per room or distributed at check-in at $2.00 per amenity. Client is responsible for providing guest amenities.

Spa950Bridal services including hair, make-up, nails and romance packages are available. A 10% discount off bridal services is included in the Social Catering Packages.
