She's on her way back to India to put her final stamp of approval on the brand new, 122-

acre, solar-powered, chain-free enclosure she designed earlier this year for 15 elephants at Bannerghatta Biological

Park (BBP).

Among the lucky elephants is Sunder who was recently

rescued from a life of horrific suffering. Read more.

As you can see from the photo, all the elephants at BBP are now chain-free--forever!

Many thanks to BBP, PETA India, the Supreme Court of India and the many global supporters

who made this dream a reality for Sunder and the 14 other elephants he now calls family.

His life has truly been transformed!

While in India, Carol will be working with BBP's mahouts (elephant trainers), teaching them about

Compassionate Elephant Care techniques to ensure the elephants' ongoing physical and

emotional wellbeing.
