MEMORANDUM  #  1  Electoral  Board  2012-­‐2013  Ateneo  Mathematics  Society    Date:  29  December  2012  To:  All  Ateneo  Mathematics  Society  (AMS)  Constituents  Re:  No.  of  Eligible  Voters;  Dept.  Head  and  Deputy  Elections  From:  Paola  Gabrielle  L.  Matanguihan,  Internal  and  External  Secretary-­‐General,  AMS  Electoral  Board    Greetings!    After  reviewing  the  member  retention  file   from  the  previous  semester,   the  AMS  Electoral  Board   has   updated   the   list   of   eligible   voters.   The   revised   list   can   be   found   at  http://issuu.com/ams1213/docs/elec-­‐eligiblevotersu.   This   changes   the   number   of   votes  needed  for  the  validity  of  elections.  Thus,      

Number  of  eligible  voters   252  60%  of  eligible  voters   152
