La transición de la cuna a la cama debe realizarse con un colchón que se adapte a las necesidades de un niño a partir de 3 años.

Condiciones generalesGeneral conditions

ANULACIONESTranscurridos dos días desde la solicitud del pedido, no será posible su anulación ni cambio puesto que los productos ya se encuentran en proceso de fabricación. En caso de anulación o cambio transcurrido el plazo, repercutirá en un coste para el cliente del 25% en colchones. Todo ello debido a las materias primas utilizadas y retapizado de los mismos. No se admiten devoluciones de artículos especiales.

PORTESLos portes serán gratuitos para pedidos iguales o superiores a 220€ en la península o 400€ en Islas Baleares. En caso de no llegar a portes, el coste por este concepto será de 14€/bulto en la península y 18€/bulto en las Islas Baleares.

GARANTÍANo serán causa de devolución aquellos desperfectos ocasionados de acuerdo con la Ley 16/2007 de garantía de bienes de consumo que establece que NO dan derecho a la prestación de garantía las siguientes situaciones: -Deterioros causados por usos indebidos o inadecuados del producto. -Desgaste ocasionado por uso del producto, incluyendo manchas y roturas de tela.Aparición de Moho: si en un colchón aparece moho debido a un fallo en la fabricación, el moho estará allí nada más abrirlo o aparecerá a los pocos días. Si aparece al cabo del tiempo, eso es siempre debido a las condiciones ambientales de la habitación o a las condiciones externas a las que ha estado sometido el colchón, y no a un fallo en la fabricación, con lo que no lo cubre la garantía, ya que son debidas a la excesiva humedad del ambiente o a la falta de ventilación. My Baby Mattress, S.L.U testa todas sus materias primas antes de incorporarlas al proceso de fabricación de todos nuestros productos.Será de 5 años en los colchones y según marca la ley vigente en el resto de artículos. Esta cubrirá todo defecto de fabricación, nunca por el uso indebido del producto. En caso de defecto de fabricación, el abono se realizará una vez recibida y revisada la mercancía en nuestras instalacionesTodos nuestros productos poseen una etiqueta de garantía (en su defecto, solicitarla a la empresa) donde se establecen las recomendaciones de uso de los mis-mos. El incumplimiento de estas recomendaciones exime de toda garantía el producto adquirido. Para hacer efectiva esta garantía es imprescindible entregar la factura original de compra junto a la tarjeta de garantía correctamente cumplimentada y sellada por el establecimiento donde se adquirió.

DEVOLUCIONESNo se aceptarán devoluciones que no hayan sido gestionadas previamente por la empresa. La mercancía debe ser revisada en el momento de la entrega en sus almacenes y hacer constar en el albarán de entrega (recibo de agencia) de cualquier anomalía o reclamación.

REIMBURSEMENTWe will not accept returns that have not been previously handled by the company. The goods must be checked at the time of delivery in their stores and note in the delivery (receipt of agency) of any defect or complaint.
