I wanted to address the gear Greg said was not working right and I

can't even get to it because of the way it was loaded. Wednesday I

will have my guys try to make sense out of it. My concern is

damages that you will have if this is going to continue.

I just got of the phone with them and they said if payment is not

made by next Monday the files are then being handled by them and

an attorney with a suit and lien. It will be out of my hands and

control at that point. I am really sorry, there has to be another way

Hello messiah, just to keep you informed, today this situation hasbeen handed over to legal Betsy Warwick who will be representing

CVT in this case. She has been given all paperwork including the

signed agreements and documents from me and Al Crespo. Also

she has all the insurance claim contact and info. A letter is being

sent Monday to Robert Townsend , you, city of Miami, and

university of miami. Our signed personal guarantee and contract

states in a lawsuit the client will have to pay all legal expenses. I

am sorry it has come to this but it is out of my hands. Waiting for

nothing to happen doesn't work for me, now future movement willbe handled by Betsy and the lawsuit.

Aldo from your insurance company has been informed about

everything.
