“No Gossip” TuesdaysEvery Tuesday from here on out, Edwards Middle
School will hold a Table-Topper Tuesday. Every Tuesday there will be table toppers on the
tables at lunch to remind us to “Think Before We Speak.”
They’re here to remind us that gossip can hurt others, and that we should avoid it in our
everyday conversations. If you don’t want to participate in a negative
conversation, you can refer to the table toppers. *We encourage all students to participate in this
activity!*

TODAY!!!!!!Tuesday, February 5th: Flash 48! & PJ Day $1● During this 48 hour window, any classroom that raises $200 on their Online
Giving Page will win a pizza party! Potentially, every building could win a pizza party!! Please be advised, cash donations do not count towards this $200.
● Tuesday: PJ Day! All students and staff are invited to wear PJ’s to school for the cost of $1. Cash will be collected in your PRIDE, that way it counts towards your class.
● 6th Grade: Buy your way out of PRIDE Time $3 for 4th & 6th period
Wednesday, February 6th:Flash 48! & Hat Day● Second half of our 48 hour window, any classroom that raises $200 on their

Thursday, February 7th: ● Hero Day! All students and staff are invited to dress up like their
favorite superhero for the cost of $1. Cash will be collected in your PRIDE, that way it counts towards your class.
● Friday, February 8th: Last day for donations!!!
● 8th Grade: Buy your way out of PRIDE Time $3 for 4th & 5th period

● Scene 75 Incentives: The first two PRIDE time classes to reach $300 will earn free laser tag passes for each person in their PRIDE time. The first two PRIDE time classes to reach $400 will earn a $5 game card to Scene 75 for everyone in their PRIDE time and the first two PRIDE times to earn $500 will earn $10 game cards to Scene 75 for everyone in their PRIDE time. Classes can double dip on this :)
● Grand Prize: In the end, the PRIDE time class that raises the most money will receive an Olive Garden Pasta Party AND... the teacher can pick one class period the week of the pasta party to have a free open gym. Thank you, Thom, for being willing to lend out your classroom for this cause.
Congrats to Mrs. Solo’s PRIDE Time class for leading the way and raising $195.89 on Monday 2/4!
Mrs. Sturms class is in second place with $47.00!!
