ABOUT THE ET PROGRAMME

• The English Teaching Programme was founded by The Polish-American Freedom Foundation in 2000. Since September 2002 its home operator is Nidzicka Fundacja Rozwoju NIDA.

• The Programme offer is addressed to the English language teachers and their students in Poland. It offers different forms of support for the English language teachers and their students such as the weekend teacher trainings, the annual meetings of EL teachers. It also offers funds for the most interesting school projects within the framework of a grant competition called SMALL GRANTS and the English language summer camps for some active students taking part in the projects.

• TEACHING ENGLISH TEACHERS aims to develop the teachers’

skills and helps to build their confidence as they learn about new teaching methods and get new ideas how to motivate students and promote English language learning.
