The ensemble will be held Sat., Dec. 7, at 7 p.m. at the Dorothy Corsberg Theatre inside E.S. French Hall on campus. Each year this December performance showcases talents of the NJC music students. It is a great night of entertainment from students who have worked hard all semester. This year’s show will feature the NJC Chamber Choir, NJC Contemporary Choir, and the NJC Jazz Band. Tickets are $3 at the door. NJC students, faculty and staff are admitted free. The Peter L. Youngers Fine Art Gallery will be open following this show for guests to view the Annual Faculty and Staff Show currently on display. Admission to the gallery is free. This show will run through Dec. 13 and displays the talents of past and current art instructors at NJC as well as the creative talents of a few other college staff members. Members of the Chamrocks 4-H Club gathered Dec. 2 to decorate the DeSoto Building for Christmas and for the many events that will be held there by the community during the holiday season. The club purchased some new decorations for the center this year and worked together making swags and decorate trees. Winter music ensembleperforming on Saturday
