The original document was printed on 9" x 12" stock. The maps were printed full-bleed, so most of them have been

reduced, typically to 93% - 95% size, to fit on a letter page.

The text has been OCR's and proofread. Some typographical errors in the original have been left intact. There may

have been others that got missed in proofreading and "corrected.

The section paginations are correct to the original, but the column breaks do not match exactly.

The original document which was scanned for this work had water damage, so some of the maps have discoloration or

slight distortions.

The PDF version is searchable. Use your reader controls to move between pages.

For the sectioned PDF version, the individual sections are identified in the file name by page number.
