Artwork by Joanna Wilbur Editor's Letter I can't believe issue 2 is finally here! I've been arduously working on this for over 4 months so it's finished product has been unbelievably exciting for me. I came up with the theme after a pilgrimage to a modern art museum not too far from my home. I remember thinking “Wow this is some weird shit.” More importantly I began to think about how abstract art has some feminist roots. When you think about it on a more philosophical plane, the connections are endless, and pretty trippy. I created a ven diagram the other day comparing the two. I was pretty surprised with the result. Anyway, I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed writing and curating this. I can't believe the amount of talent all of the writers and artists who made this possible have. It's been a pleasure to work with you all. Special thanks to Isabella Cantillano, she's been a dream to work with. I don't think I could have done half of this without her creative direction and bitchin' editing skills. This one's for you girl.
