E VOTING

To eliminate paper in the voting process, this year too

an E voting platform was formulated for Students’

Parliament Election. Students from classes IV and V

voted for the candidates of their choice via E voting

and also got their fingers inked as a mark of the vote.

This system aimed to improve transparency and also

the advanced use of technology.

Mr. Raj Kumar Sangwan, Deputy Chairperson of Indian Boxing

Federation Committee inspired the Ryanites to respect the

sacrifice and courage of armed forces.

Ms. Kalyani Sachan, Social Worker urged Ryanites to offer helping hand & contribute to the upliftment of society.

Mr. Manoj Sharma, District General Secretary, B.J.P, Gurugram ensued deep

sense of patriotism in young aspiring Ryanites with his motivational words.

Mr. Deepak Ramesh Gaur, Founder and Chairperson, Gift a Tree Network

motivates the Ryanites to promote environment conservation.

Sh. Roop Chand, Author, Creative Artist, Recipient of President’s Letter of Honour

inspires the Ryanites to dream big.

Mr. Ravi Kalra, President Earth saviour International Foundation, encouraged the Ryanites to imbibe the value of empathy

and make the world a better place.

Mr. Atuldev, Member INTACH, enriched the students about the invaluable

heritage & culture of India.

inspires the kings and queens of tomorrow with her motivating words.

Mr. Saji Mathew, Junior Warrant Officer invoked sense of duty and responsibility

in the future citizens of country.

WORKHSOP ON ROAD SAFETY & TRAFFIC RULES

CYCLE RALLY

To promote the use of bicycles & encourage car pool to

reduce pollution, a Cycle rally was organised. Students

expressed enthusiasm over the initiative & revealed that

riding a bicycle is always fun.

GREEN BRIGADIERS

The green warriors of our school presented an energetic

Nukkad Natak to raise awareness about the need to

conserve our deteriorating environment. The efforts of

the Ryanites showed that our youth is very passionate

about issues pertaining to our Mother Earth.

Mr. Dharamvir Verma, emphasized that safety and security is combined effort of law enforcers and law abiding citizens. Through this workshop, students were enlightened about the need to follow rules and regulations on road, as safety on road is also of paramount importance. Ryanites were highly influenced by the workshop as they realised the true meaning of being a responsible citizen.

MOTHER- RESERVOIR OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

Mother holds a special place in child’s heart and stir

emotions when her name is mentioned or

remembered. The glorified bond of love and affection

between a mother and a child was celebrated with

contest ‘Best out of waste’ wherein mothers showcased

their creative skills. Students also presented a skit which

highlighted the mother’s foremost role in shaping the

growth, personality & upbringing of a child.

PLEDGE ON ENVIRONMENT DAY

Ryanites highlighted that provision of environmental education creates greater awareness in individuals & communities with respect to putting environmental resources to use even while conserving them. Ryanites along with the guests Mr. Deepak Ramesh Gaur, Founder and Chairperson (Gift a Tree Network), Ms. Kalyani Sachan (Architect, Social Worker) and Ms. Deepa Antil, Founder and Chairperson (Shashakt Nari Parishad) pledged to eradicate the elements harming our environment.

YOUNG STEWARDS OF EARTH AT WORK

The ‘Green Warriors’ regularly go for plantation drives

to enhance the city’s green carpet. The

environmentalists visited the neighbourhood residential

areas and markets in the immediate vicinity and

distributed paper bags and elucidated the message of

environment conservation.

COLOURS OF HARMONY

The Ryanites celebrated the pride and joy of

independence with a synchronized march past and a

heartwarming ode to the sacrifice of freedom fighters.

The scintillating dance performance filled each heart

with spirit of patriotism and zeal to serve the nation

with utmost sincerity and earnestness.

ADOPTED VILLAGE-KANHAI

The school and its passionate students have been working earnestly for the upliftment of the adopted village- Kanhai. Abiding by the guidelines provided by Chairman Sir Dr. A.F.Pinto, namely: Compassion, Environment, Education, Health and hygiene, Leadership and Economic empowerment, the students have been working diligently , arranging various activities, workshops and drives for the village’s benefit and growth.

EVENTS & HAPPENINGS

Abiding with the vision of ‘Values’ propagated by

respected Chairman Sir Dr. A. F. Pinto, the School Choir

visited Fortis Hospital and sang for cancer sufferers to

heal and spread smiles. They performed extensive

repertoire of choir songs for patients. Ryanites made

the visit more effective by bestowing beautifully

handcrafted thank you cards.

FOUNDER’S DAY

Respected Chairman Sir, Dr. A. F. Pinto’s birthday was

celebrated with great aplomb and fervor. The Ryanites

expressed their heartiest love and respect for dear

Chairman Sir through medley of heartwarming

performances. They also sent heartiest wishes for sir

with a splendid Birthday card.

HEALTH CHECK UP CAMP

A free health check up camp & Mammography camp

was organised for the school staff, parents and the

neighbours. Team of highly qualified doctors and

technicians conducted the tests, provided consultation

for general ailments & prescribed medicines for the

same.

STEM WORKSHOP

Stem Workshop was organized for pupils to be

practical, fun & inspiring to increase engagement in

science, technology, engineering & maths. The

workshop engaged the Ryanites in an interactive

manner. They learnt using interactive wireless

technology.

RAKHI CELEBRATION WITH BSF PERSONNEL

ROBOTICS WORKSHOP

Robotics workshop was organised for the students to

provide a technical platform to the emerging thinkers.

This workshop is introduced to smoothen their journey

in the field of robotics & to promote robotics right from

the grass roots. It consists of fundamental & practical

concepts to basic electronics.

MOVES OF THE CHAMPIONS

To provide a platform for students to improve on logical

thinking, analytical thinking and problem solving, an

Inter School Chess Championship was organised. It was

heartwarming to see the participants playing their

moves like stalwarts with rapt concentration.

Ryanites celebrated Raksha Bandhan at the BSF camp.

They tied Rakhis to gallant and heroic jawans of Border

Security Force who selflessly serve on the borders

everyday round the clock. The jawans showered the

blessings on the students on the joyous occasion.

LAUNCH OF ONLINE MAGAZINE

2ND AUG 2018

Online Magazine ‘RYAN GRANDEUR’ for the session 2018-19 was launched with the aim of giving wings to the creativity and imagination of the Ryanites. As the saying goes, ‘Mind like parachute works best when opened.” This initiative is to set the budding minds free, allowing them to roam free in the realm of imagination and experience to create a world of beauty in words. This online magazine is the window to the school activities and espouses the school spirit of nurturing the talents and producing future kings and queens.
