Classroom TrainingWe strongly encourage key company participant’s to participate in our training classes. The classroom experience will provide a complete overview of the product’s capabilities, features, functionality and also the time to focus on learning without the constant distractions of your daily work.

(1 day) Site Coordinator Class - This 1 day is the basic class provides attendees the ability to operate the system once it has been set-up, i.e., all the machines have been defined and the software to be delivered has been set up. The Operator would now have the knowledge to actually begin the deployment and build process. This class is mandatory for Key Personnel.

(4 days) Site Administrators Class - This four day classes provide Attendees the ability to set-up and configure the system, create packaging, and begin the deployment and build process. The Site Administrator Class is highly recommended and provides comprehensive information about the core functionality of the system; including adding and configuring nodes, adding new software, managing the nodes, SystemSync, applying change controls, backing up and restoring, comparing node settings and databases and more.

Customized Classes – the two basic classes provide all the information that allows our customers to optimize the ROI of our product line, and occasionally it makes sense to provide customized training programs. We typically find this useful in situations that are unique or have a very large implementation.

Classroom TrainingWe encourage key stakeholders to participate in product training. The classroom experience delivers a complete overview of product capabilities unavailable elsewhere. In addition, it provides the opportunity to focus on learning, undistracted. We offer three courses, each of them customizable to your business environment and culture:

Site Coordinator Class (1 day)–This basic class teaches you how to operate the system after all machines have been defined and all software delivered and loaded. Participants leave the class with the knowledge and skill needed for deployment and build out. This class is mandatory for personnel assigned to that phase of the process.

Site Administrator Class (4 days)–We highly recommend the Site Administrator Class as it dives deep into the deployment and build process and system functionality, including how to set up and configure the system, add, configure, and manage nodes, compare node settings, add software, SystemSync, apply change controls, databases, backup and restore, and more.

Customized Classes–Our core classes deliver sufficient informa-tion for users to optimize the use of our products. However, oc-casionally it makes sense to provide customized training pro-grams. We typically find this useful in situations where cus-tomers have unique environments or a very large implementa-tion.
