EDI-USA’s line of external body armor protects users up to level III-A ballistic threats. Each vest can be customized with or without MOLLE webbing and can be manufactured in nylon 1000 D or oxford 500 polyester. Additional fabric customization is available including water-resistant treatment, UV-proof, anti-bacterial and anti-mosquito technology. EDI’s signature FlexiCrow is used consistently on the external vest straps to ensure long-lasting strap durability. All external vests can be modified to include additional protection including: shoulder protection, neck protection, upper arm protection, groin protection, and side protection. All vests also compatible to be manufactured in female style.

Each ballistic panel is carefully manufactured to comply with III-A armoring requirements. EDI’s unique trauma-foam is manufactured inside the back of each ballistic panel in order to reduce trauma impact on the user from ammunition.

III-A tactical ballistic vest with comprehensive front, back, neck, shoulder, upper arm, side, and groin protection. Can be produced with additional armor to be removable or permanent. Free inscription of agency name for the majority of words. Available with or without quick release system.

Flotation Ballistic Vest EDI’s flotation vest is armored with lightweight III-A panels in combination with MARINE-X flotation foam. The vest allows users to stay afloat for aprox 24 hours in water. Includes neck protection (III-A) and shoulder protection (III-A).

Visors can be customized to be tinted or black in order to disguise the identity of the user as well as improve vision from the sun.

Manufactured with durable polycarbonate and ABS, all riot helmets have been tested to comply with NIJ 0104.02 in the USA and have been provided to police and law enforcement agencies in over 32 different countries.

Helmet shells can be customized in additional colors, with personalized labels and serial numbers on the inside.

The TURBO-X Riot suit was designed to combat some of the toughest public disturbance threats. Developed for extra mobility, the suit is manufactured with high density ABS material, durable cotton, and a hard chest plate that is anti-stab, anti-puncture and flame / heat resistant.

Level III-A compatibility: The TURBO-X suit can be modified to include a level III-A ballistic panel inserted into the front and back chest plate to protect users from pistol threats up to .44mag.

Additional customization can be added to the suit including logos, colors, and labels.

Developed originally by EDI-USA to combat riot operations in Ukraine, this shield is manufactured of aluminum composite to resist all flame threats including Molotov cocktails. The shield is also chemical resistant to protect the user with a sheet of durable polycarbonate over the eyeholes. Shield includes baton holder, 4 handles, and 2 arm straps.

EDI manufactures standard gas mask filters and MIL-SPEC complaint gas mask filters. All filters include active carbon 270g with a screw top, and last between 30 – 40 minutes. Aprox weight for filter with lid:

Manufactured with 100% silicone and ABS, this durable mask protects against tear gas, toxic smoke and other TIM’s. Gas mask is compatible with the majority of EDI’s riot helmets.

Similar to EXGP-027, this gas mask includes a mesh backing for a tighter for tactical operations of users. Adjustable straps allows the user to fit the mask to the user’s head.

EDI manufactured 2-hole style gas mask (Soviet style) for air force and certain policeoperations. Each 2-hole gas mask is manufactured with durable rubber and silicone to mould tightly to the user’s face in order to ensure a clean supply of air.

Molded out of non-rust steel, each handcuff / leg cuff can withstand very high impact and will not rust if exposed to water and moisture. Electric Baton. Powered by two (2) re-chargeable batteries, the electric baton delivers a shock of approximately 38 kV to the combatant to temporarily stun and slow-down the combatant during disturbances. The baton is equipped with a built-in flashlight for tactical operations. Also available in pocket-size version. Charger included.

Net Gun. EDI’s powerful net gun includes the pistol mechanism, 2 net cartridges and a carrying case. The gun shoots nets launched by C02 gas to entrap and slow-down combatants during public disturbances. The gun can be re-loaded with C02 and the net cartridges can be re-used, or replaced with new cartridges.

Expandable Baton. Manufactured with durablesteel hardened by heat-treatment, the expandable baton has a strong padded handle. Closed: 21cm. Opened: 53cm.

Expandable Nylon Baton. EDI’s lightest baton weighing only 244 g, the baton is manufactured with hard nylon to leave less scarring on protesters, and allow easy carrying by user.

Reliable and Secure. Manufactured with durable polycarbonate (PC) and TPU lenses, all of EDI’s ballistic goggles include anti-wind, anti-scratch, and anti-fog technology. Lenses are manufactured in clear, yellow, grey and black. The majority of EDI’s goggles comply with ANSI fragmentation standards, and are produced with durable elastic adjustable straps. Goggles can be sold in kits to include goggle case, cleaning cloth, and extra lenses as required.

Shin guards are manufactured with durable polycarbonate and PCCP material, with FlexiCrow fasteners and protection that extends from upper foot past the top of the user’s knee. Available in S, M, L, XL.

EDI custom-manufactures a variety of law enforcement and security ID badges for secure use. EDI can customize badges to any design, including logos, words, outer moulds, colors, and finishes. All badges can be completed with custom numbering and serial numbers for identification and security purposes.

The back of badge can include a secure pin, or can be finished smooth.

All badge holders can be manufactured in genuine or synthetic leather. Holders are available to be placed around the user’s neck, on the belt, or in a pocket wallet. EDI can customize holders to include writing or embossing.

Tactical Glove is available in half-finger glove or full finger glove (image showing). Manufactured with hard knuckles, wound with tight polyester nylon. Available in S, M, L.

EDI battering rams are manufactured with reinforced steel to powerfully knock over doors and other barriers.

Battering rams are available in 3 sizes:

Battering rams include fixed handles, and retractable handles for maximum impact during engagement.

Complete with all equipment needed to effectively breach, the kit include a steel pry bar, bolt cutter, and powerful sledge hammer. The kit can also be customized to include other items, including a small battering ram. Kit is also available in backpack style and additional customizations are welcome.
