EARLY ACTION FOR SUCCESS

K-2D Mrs Darmanin

K-2D engage in a variety of number activities daily. They enjoy exploring numbers and number relationships.

Good number sense helps children manipulate numbers to make calculations easier and gives them the confidence to be flexible in their approach to solving problems.

Mathletics WEEK 8

It has been a long time since our last Mathletics update. It has been amazing to see how many students have been accessing Mathletics as part of their learning from home. It was very pleasing to see 10 GOLD Certificate, 45 Silver Certificates and 274 Bronze Certificates achieved over this period. Students will be presented their Silver and Gold Mathletics certificates next week. Well done everyone! Remember to get a Silver certificate you must get four Bronze certificates. Bronze certificates are earned by getting 1000 points in a week (Monday morning to Sunday night), about 5-10 activities in total. Just remember students have full 24hr access to Mathletics on the Internet.
