Step 1
The leveling point holes and the anchorholes are located at the bottom of eachlocker under the floor pans. Use aPhillips screwdriver to remove the (2)screws per floor. Retain all hardware forre-use.
Note: Prior to leveling and anchoringlockers, it is necessary to install trimmounting plates and trim retainer strips(Pass-Thru Lockers). See section IV Pg. 9
Step 2
Take note that there is a notch in thefloor so it will pass by the bottom rivet.Floors must be removed from the front.
Step 3
Remove the floor panel from the front ofthe system. Lift up the front and careful-ly pull the panel upward. When it haspassed all Rivet locations, the floorpanel can be tilted and removed.

Step 4
Use a 9/16 wrench to remove the nutand washer. Remove the bolt securingthe locker to the skid.
Step 5
Carefully remove the locker from theskid. Install (4) appliance levelingscrews into the leveling locations, fromthe bottom of the base up. Make sure tothread the levelers till they are flush withhe bottom of the unit. Determine thehigh point in the floor using a laserlevel. Use this location as the startingpoint; slide each locker into place andbegin leveling. Adjust levelers with ahex head drive bit. Make final adjust-ments to bolts to ensure the locker islevel. Repeat this process on everylocker.
Step 6
Using the locker as a template, drill (4)3/8” dia anchor holes into the floor toaccept sleeve anchors for each locker.Remove lockers to vacuum and cleanfloor and wall openings (when applica-ble) to provide a clear clean surface toproperly level and install the lockers.
Note: Lockers come with holes for join-ing together. Take note of this when plac-ing lockers.

Step 7
Prior to anchoring, make sure lockersare level and plumb. Pound (4) 3/8” x 3”sleeve anchors into the anchoring holesand each locker base.
Bolt lockers together by lining up theholes and using 5/16”-18x1” (u)nc bolts, nuts, and washers. Do not tighten till alllockers are leveled and anchored
Note: If this is a pass-thru system, skipto step 10-14 and install trim mountingplates and trim retainer strips prior toanchoring.
Step 8
Stack shims between floor and lockeraround the anchor. Bolt the lockers tothe floor using the sleeve anchors.Tighten with a 9/16” wrench.
Note: Ensure every locker corner is sup-ported and anchor locations shimmedprior to tightening anchors. If a corner isanchored to the floor without the propersupport, there is the risk that the cornerwill be drawn down to the floor twistingthe locker. This may cause the doors andthe lock mechanism to mis-align andcause problems with locker operation.
Step 9
Tighten all hardware connecting unitswith a 1/2” wrench. Reinstall the floorpans with the original (2) screws (perpanel) that were removed in step 1.Clean lockers; removing all metal filings, excess screws, and leftover materials.Use touch up spray paint to repair anyscratches.
