In very simplistic terms the HRC System® (HydroRecyClean) pumps water out under pressure, sucks the same water back by vacuum, recycles the same water through filtration, and the process starts over again on a continuous batch basis.

The HRC System® is a self-contained mobile cleaning, recovery, and recycling system, capable of:
Washing at up to five gallons per minute (5GPM / 18.9LpM) at up to four thousand pounds per square inch (4,000PSI / 191.5Pa) x twoRecovering up to ten gallons per minute (10GPM / 37.8LpM) from up to four hundred feet (400FT / 122m)Recycling up to ten gallons per minute (10GPM / 37.8LpM) while filtering down to one micron (1µ).
The heart of the HRC System® is a proprietary six-stage filtration process reducing recovered contaminants in many cases to EPA acceptable disposable waste.

The HRC System® is equipped with temperature controlled hot water which when used in conjunction with high-pressure greatly reduces and usually totally eliminates the need for harsh cleaning agents. Many cleaning operations can be performed with only high temperature and high-pressure washing such as oil removal, degreasing, de-icing, etc. The HRC System®
has been deigned for the cleaning and restoration of surfaces and structures such as:
Airports – tarmacs, baggage ramps, parking areas, tug fleets, service vehicles, maintenance areas, etc. Marinas – boats (inside, bilge, hull), docks, outboards, landings, maintenance areas, etc.Commercial – parking garages, drive-throughs, buildings, sidewalks, floors, carpets, lead paint, asbestos, mold, etc.
To accomplish the same task of a single HRC System it would normally require three separate pieces of support equipment;
Two pressure washing systems
One vacuum recovery system
One water recycling system
