ECR IRELAND COLLABORATION PROGRAMME NEW FOR 2019!

ECR Ireland has hosted successful Collaboration Programmes amongst trading partners in the past. Having discussed amongst several ECR members, the Programme will return for 2019.

The ECR Ireland Collaboration Programme 2019 will pair up retailers, suppliers, logistics & service providers to work together to improve an aspect of their business to serve consumers better. This could be product availability, reduce inventories, develop better practices, more efficient promotions, category management, shopper marketing etc. Each collaboration partnership will determine their objectives.

This business-benefit oriented programme is designed to deliver sustainable and scalable results for trading partners.

Cross-functional trading partner teams will learn from working together whilst also observing progress from other participating teams. Emphasis will be placed on the Learning – Action – Results cycle to develop best practices that improve consumer satisfaction and increase sales and are usable, transferable and sustainable in Ireland.

Each Collaboration Partnership to present at Leaders Congress Nov 7th.

Details to be announced in February.
