The resolutions adopted by the Council, firstissued in mimeographed form, are collected in the printed Supplement no. 1 and lA to the Official Records of thesession. After their republication in the Official Reccrds, the provisional mimeographed documents are nolonger available.

The 28th session of the Economic and Social Councilwas declared open on 30 Jun 1959 at the Palais des NationsGeneva, by the President, Mr. Daniel Costo- Villegas '(Mexico) and was adjourned on 31 Jul 1959. The resumedsession was held at Headquarters, New York on 14 and 15Dec 1959.
