State Budget Update – October 28, 2010

6.3% across-the-board cuts to line items in the state

budget funded by state general fund dollars.

The total proposed cut to ECEAP is $923,000 or 1.7%.

DEL is looking for a way to replace all or part of this.

If the child is eligible based on special education (CEF #25), they must also be on an IEP (CEF #10)
