Here are some Helpful Hints for Completing FACTS Applications from CEF
The Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) uses a third party company, FACTS Grant and Aid
Company, in order to objectively evaluate the need for financial aid.
The web site for the FACTS Grant and Aid Company is https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. There is a
required $35 application fee per family that is CHARGED BY the FACTS Company. ONE
APPLICATION can include MULTIPLE STUDENTS and/or SCHOOLS.
It is important to note that families will only be considered for financial aid if their application is
VERIFIED by the FACTS Company. In order to verify the family income information, FACTS will
require copies of financial documents including Federal Income Tax forms and W-2s. All
supporting documents should be submitted as soon as possible before the March 1 application
deadline.
Applications that are incomplete and do not have the supporting documentation verified by the
FACTS Grants and Aid company will not be considered.
Federal Income tax forms from last year and W2s from the current year are accepted.
Families should work directly with the FACTS Company in order to verify all
information. Questions on completing the FACTS Grant and Aid application may be answered by
calling the FACTS helpline directly at 1-866-315-9262.
(2 students receive $400 each)
The Bartel Family and Saint Andrew the Apostle School are committed to
educating young people who struggle to meet the challenges of the
future, and who have the potential to be successful. It is out of this
determination that scholarships are made available to families of our
parish community. These scholarships are available for students in
grades 1st-8th and consist of monetary awards of $400, which will be
applied to the recipients' tuition. Two students are awarded the
scholarship each year.
The Bartel Family asked that the scholarships be awarded to young
people who:
Demonstrate solid Christian living in the context of this community;
Perform academically to the best of their ability;
Actively participate in extra-curricular activities and/or opportunities
for service or how they demonstrate caring for others.
Project a positive image of their school.
All of the scholarships will be awarded to families who have
completed the FACTS Grant & Aid application.
(4-6 students receive $1,000 each)
The Malchow Family and Saint Andrew the Apostle School are committed to
educating young people who will be prepared to meet the challenges of the
next millennium. It is out of this determination that scholarships are made
available to families of our parish community remembering the late Mrs.
Malchow.
These scholarships consist of monetary awards of $500 - $1,000 which will be
applied to the recipients' tuition.
The Scholarships are awarded to young people who:
Demonstrate solid Christian living in the context of this community;
Perform academically to the best of their ability;
Actively participate in extra-curricular activities and opportunities for
service; and
Project a positive image of their school.
All of the scholarships will be awarded to families who have
completed the FACTS Grant & Aid application.
(1-2 scholarships-$500.00 each)
The Bishop Roger Kaffer Council of St Andrew the Apostle has created a
scholarship fund. The Council is planning on awarding two (2) separate
$500.00 scholarships to students attending St Andrew the Apostle school
for the school year 2020/21. Interested students and parents should fill out
the attached one page application form and feel free to continue their
answers on a separate page if needed.
All information will be held in strict confidence and all paperwork will be
shredded upon the completion of the selection process.
Scholarships will be awarded in the form of a payment to St Andrew the
Apostle School in the student's name during the school year. Recipients of
the scholarship will be notified by letter via the Untied Stated Postal
Service. In the event that the student's full tuition as already has been
made, the school will credit a sibling’s tuition.
The Knights of Columbus was founded in 1882 by the Venerable Father
Michael McGivney and is a fraternal benefit society dedicated to providing
charitable services and promoting Catholic values and education.
Scholarship applications are due into the school office by April 15

Parents are required to complete an emergency form for each child using this service. If the contact information provided changes during the year, parents are required to update the information with the school immediately.
The students will be expected to work on homework and class projects.
Due to peanut allergies, Extended Care will be a “peanut free zone”. Please do not send any snacks that contain peanuts.
Billing is through FACTS; please stay current or a $50 late fee will be added and access to the program will be limited or denied. Billing will be done the week after your child has attended. You will have 10 days from the billing date to pay the invoice. Auto-Payment is available.
You will be charged $1.00 (per family) for every minute children are picked up after 6:00 p.m.
Before School Care: The Before School Care will be located in the school; starting at 7 a.m., you can drop your child off at door #1 (the main entrance). Please note, any unattended child that is on campus before 7:35 a.m. will be asked to go to Before Care, and you will be charged. If your child has made prior arrangements with a teacher to come in before school starts, they must sign in at the office.
After School Care: Available from 2:35 p.m. - 6 p.m. and will be in the hall. All children who are not picked up at the end of the school day will automatically be placed in After Care until someone comes to pick them up. You do not have to reserve a spot for After Care; you can just use the program when you need it. Any questions, email Mrs. Albreski at [email protected].
