  • Extrusion coating for corrugated

    Extrusion coating is an industrial

process to produce a melt of

    thermoplastic polymer material.

This melt is transformed into a

functional coating on Test- or kraftliner

    For the corrugating industry, we

    combine two substrates together with

any type of paper or film on top

  • 1. Solve your customers problems

Barrier liners protects the goods from moisture damages

    TRANSPORT STORAGE MOISTURE

Page 8 Corrugated Case Materials Corrugated Case Materials

  • PE Laminates for strength and protection

When corrugated board is exposed to humidity,

the moisture can easily penetrate and migrate

into the corrugated board sheet. This can

cause a reduction in stiffness (SCT), resulting

in lower total strength of the board sheet (ECT)

and reduce the compression strength of the

    box (BCT).

Our Barrier liners ensure the box keeps its

    mechanical strength properties, and means

paper substrate weight and quality can possibly

    be downgraded.
