06/01/07 Monoline Workers Compensation AccountsIn order to help in improving WC Mix, we have compiled a list of Monoline WC Accounts to help you in marketing the supporting lines early in the renewal process.
06/01/07 Property Choice – Policies Without Equipment Breakdown CoverageCurrently there are approximately 1500 Property Choice renewal policies within Key Accounts and Marine that exclude Equipment Breakdown coverage. In an effort to increase our Equipment breakdown penetration to 100%, we will message Siebel to “Cross Sell Equipment Breakdown Covg.”
05/29/07 Fire Legal LiabilityThe revised Fire Legal Liability CLUM provides clarification on the coverage available under Property and GL Choice. Underwriting guidelines have been provided for how and when increased limits of liability may be provided on GL Choice, and also when Property Choice is the preferred method of providing coverage. A summary chart of underwriting options is provided.
05/28/07 APPLE Scores CorrectedOn 4/16/07, the 3Q Apple Reports were released with incorrect information. Many Middle Market Renewal Scores developed for July 2007-September 2007 were in error.

1 New Business Sales UW view would default to the “Sales” tab Renewal UW view would default to “My Work” tab” Does there need to be a Home tab in addition to these? If so what would be on it? Assumption (Rowena agrees) is that there will not be an additional “home” page – home would be whatever is the user default start page (screen which shows when you log on where you manage your desk/day)New: A home page will be created that houses such things as “what’s new” and access to outlook; a user can change their default start page
Overall – need to reconcile the prototype with the scope

1New Business Sales UW view would default to the “Sales” tab Renewal UW view would default to “My Work” tab” Does there need to be a Home tab in addition to these? If so what would be on it? Assumption (Rowena agrees) is that there will not be an additional “home” page – home would be whatever is the user default start page (screen which shows when you log on where you manage your desk/day)New: A home page will be created that houses such things as “what’s new” and access to outlook; a user can change their default start page
Global (appears on every page)Need to define what the user can search – content, docs, accounts, etc.
Global (appears on every page)Users have the ability to add “favorite” links to 3rd party resources and documents
Appears on applicable pages – contextual based on the level you are on, e.g. at this level the notes would be global, as the user drills into an account the notes would be related to that specific account
Will we need a “Notes” summary page to see all notes? We will need a notes summary page, however there needs to be some way to filter rather than sorting through 40 pages of text (this is the way it shows to day if they print the report)Highlighting a row will change the content of My Notes to account specific notes
Appears on applicable pages – contextual based on the level you are on, e.g. at this level the alerts would be general, as the user drills into an account the alerts would be related to that specific account
If there are no alerts the box would not appear
Comment from Rowena – could be a scrolling alert bar like in Siebel
Per Rowena –Account NameWP (what does this stand for, Premium?) Changed to PremiumLOBs w/ hover text showing Policy number & associated premiumAgencyAlerts – Y/NEliminate Opportunity score

This tab is a dropdown. See page 4, Account Overview: Review Losses, for dropdown contents
Account ClassificationWhere does this info come from? Information in this box is generated from Siebel: MM Account Score &
Class Guide viewsValves Mfg. – Metal (59892) Links to the class guideShort class description with a link to the detailed class description (PAAS) SIC code prefills from D&B website (system performs a SIC code lookup); Per Rowena, assuming we do
not need to show any of the MSI info; 3492 - Industrial Valves links to http://www.osha.gov/pls/imis/sic_manual.display?id=744&tab=description?
CPID was added here (rather than within the LOB overview as suggested) b/c it doesn’t vary by LOB, would only show for Specialty Programs
List out all classes on the account (can be up to ~ 30)User has the ability to update this information; “Update” takes the user to the Class Guide, here they can
save/refresh
Nature of OperationsAdded, similar to Renewal Hub (same as Risk Description) & RED
Account HistoryAccount specific alerts. Alert information has been moved to an “Account History” box. This information
would give the UW the heads up that this account has been previously submitted/written, giving the user the ability to see whether a different agent is involved now.
The button allows the user to see the entire account history = snapshot fed from Siebel (see account/opportunities view; there would be more detail than is currently available in Siebel) (See Renewal Hub: Subsequent Year Renewals)
NOTE: Should contacts be moved to the right & accessed as secondary info to save space?Account Contacts
User has the ability to update this information; Assume this information comes from Siebel (Iteration 1?)Missing information is indicated in some way at the field level as well as showing up in the missing info
box, see #13
Agency ContactsUser has the ability to update this information; Assume this information comes from Siebel (Iteration 1?)
Account TeamUser has the ability to update this information; Assume this information comes from Siebel (Iteration 1?)
Exposures/ControlsCheck renewal hub to see if exposure info is listed & if so how According to Venki it is not, moved account level exposure information per Rowena; This information is not available in Renewal Hub, here it shows as the result of answering the Account Level UWQ; User has the ability to update this information (by re-answering the UWQ)
Line of Business OverviewLinks take user to the LOB detail page, e.g. page 6, Risk Evaluation: Auto Question – should the LOB
line item even show if it is not applicable? Question/Comment from Rowena to business: Do we really need both Mods displayed? UW don’t need to see both (don’t care what it is called) (See MM Account Score) Eliminated Mod to Match & Renamed the one that displays “Obj” (name is per Rowena)
Hovering over the LOB name allows the user to view the policy informationIf LOB is not submitted/written, e.g. Umbrella, only HC will display, this will tie into account management,
e.g. does business have an appetite for certain LOBs What action can the user take??Pop-up box with alert detail; “Yes”: Class level alerts (links to Class Code within the Class Guide); Type
of alert (e.g. Wind) was eliminated b/c they are class guide driven there could be many; “yes” allows user to see all LOB class level alerts if they exist
Refer Account button takes user to a new page – referral form, could be a pop-up (see RED for sample referral reasons) Jim T says system should handle referral (referral DB), e.g it does not have to be a user action so button removed (outstanding question how is the user notified?) Clarification from business: user needs to have the ability to manually refer
Decline Account New page/form? This will link to an input box (today it is a word template); system should know contact name so the only thing that needs to be input is the reason – generates word doc; changed declination reason type to a dropdown instead of freeform text box
Rate Account button creates an activity for the UA (new page/confirmation?) Question from Rowena: is this going to allow the UW to do a RRQ (rapid re-quote) or is CLA still going to be separate
My Notes Contextual notes list, e.g. account specific notes (roll up to my accounts page – see page 3)
My Tasks Contextual task list, e.g. account specific tasks. User has the ability to create new tasks (different from activities?) and check off tasks when they are complete How long do they persist when checked off (see Outlook as an example) Assume tasks can be created by the system as well as by the user. Must they complete them? Can the system check off if it knows the task has been completed?
Documents Contains account documentation
Missing Information Contextual missing info list, e.g. account specific (rolled up). User has the ability to update & save information via a pop-up dialogue box, see #3

Large Loss DocumentationCurrently there is a form that is completed for large losses where management, UW,
QA, etc have to complete a section of the document with their comments. This form needs to be incorporated into a HIG large loss documentation section (separate from the $25k loss documentation that is required for a standard $25k loss)
Added fields for Status, Action (?) and a link to the report, it is my understanding that there is a separate report for each policy so there could be more than one link

Review Loss ControlIPC Valve Manufacturing
1 Not sure what data appears on this page – need sample data Confirmed that there is a separate LC report for each location where one is required; system indicates which locations are required but it is up to the U/W to manually order the report
User can sort the columns, default is Location number (changed to 6 digit number to indicate address/building like Renewal Hub)
Added column showing status of loss control report, per request
Clicking on location number, e.g. 001 001, opens a pop-up containing location details (could be the same page as “Location Summary” if applicable, see p17)
Clicking on Y opens a form to order LC report, only appears where the system deems that a LC report is needed
System automatically updates the LC report status; Clicking on Completeallows U/W to view the report (see page 9)
Outstanding Loss Control RecommendationsOn Renewal Hub there is a box labeled “Outstanding Loss Control Recommendation”; it is unclear what data is displayed this text box and what its relationship (per location?) is to the page; is this something the U/W fills in?
What action, if any, should the user take from this page (note Individual actions are taken from individual dialogue boxes/forms) Do we need the Rate/Refer/Decline buttons here?
TasksSet up Tasks a little different here; Gives the U/W the ability to track which LC Reports they have ordered/reviewed

Insured is investment company dealing with commercial and large residential properties within the San Francisco Bay Area. For this location/account, there are no employees, no company vehicles. Website is informational only. Gross annual rental income is approximately $4M. Office building is a fully sprinklered 130,000 sq ft CSP-6 built in 1985. No foreign exposures, no unusual exposures
This is a standard office building, Class A.
Earthquake exposure.
Business needs: while fair pricing on the premium policy is an important factor, the insured is more concerned about consistent pricing in future years. He is a committed and loyal customer and feels that if he is able to maintain a loss-free record, that it should reflect on the premium pricing. Insured is very meticulous with managing his buildings and making sure they are in excellent condition.

This is functionality is from the old prototype – does it still apply here? Need to know what type of data would show if schedule or flag is chosen
This functionality is from the old prototype – Rowena agreed that it would be helpful to have here. User can filter the list based on defined criteria. User can also sort the list.
User can sort columns (do we need to have filter/search?) User can sort by columnWhat about CAT info - Flood Zone, EQ Zone, Wind? Does this information belong here? What about Stories? Amount Subject (is this exposure)? Is Const Spk = Const Code? (see old proptotype) Separated them Const = Contruction Code, Spk = Sprinkler & when (needs to be w/i the last 10 years)B = buildings; RI = rental income; BPP = business personal property – need sample data for BPP; Mst Haz = most hazardous occupancy is needed for multitenant buildings when determining which hazard code to use; per Rowena, if mst haz does not make the cut then should add occupancyPer Rowena - Under exp it would be nice to specify (based on GL class) what the exposure base is – sale, payroll, area, etc – need clarificationVs. Renewal Hub the following are missing or named differently:BI = Business Income; Extra Expenses (BI, RI, EE all related); Area = sq ft, Occ Code? (different from >Occ); Distance to Coast, EPM (Electrical Preventative Maintenance) UpdateNeed to define & add topical breaks (e.g. CAT view, Building info, etc) – these can be accessed using tabs – need sample categories
“Assumables” are captured & can be updated here by the user; architects suggestion that they be indicated in a different color; Rowena suggested red –is the fact that it is a hyperlink clear enough (indicating that it needs to be updated)? Red is not usually used for links per UCD design standards, need to come up with a design solution, perhaps an icon to indicate there is user action needed
User can launch the RA tool Clarification – Retention Analysis tool is a calculator that takes the following criteria into consideration: occupancy, year built, HC, construction – it is a reinsurance measure, e.g. How much can we retain?” It hangs off Siebel today. Ideally the “Y” would not show, rather the system would take the data & automatically calculate for the user
User can launch the Costimator – Today it is located within the RA tool (and accessed thru Siebel), calculates the cost to replace a building based on year built & construction, prevents over/under insuring. Ideally the “Y” would not show, rather the system would take the data & automatically calculate for the user

Update UW Questions
1
1 For real estate purposes, put exposures/controls onto its own page which can be opened in a second window for review purposesThe data displayed here would be generated after the user has answered the Property UWQsNote – this page would not be available until the user has answered some UWQsData needs to laid out so that it is easily scanned
Print friendly functionality available here
User can update the exposure/control data by returning to the UWQs
Question – should there be LOB tabs like on the UWQ pages?

Is this information populated at this point? I believe that since it shows up on the Quote Proposal that it would be If not dropdowns will contain:

6 Is this information populated at this point? If not are these numbers?Rate box would only show if eligible
Is this information populated at this point? Assume that most of the supplemental instructions would be (HC, Flood Zone, etc.)

Is this information populated at this point? If Sublimit is checked the related textboxes dynamically appear

Is this a continuation of the WC info?Is this information populated at this point? Would this go in the box on the previous page labeled “Stamps & Processing Blocks”?
System would know which endorsements to attach and only the applicable ones would show. Perhaps the user could be given the ability to browse to add others? Where do these forms live, in Documentum?
Free form comments section. Even if the rest of the form gets prepopulated by the system the user should be given the ability to add additional issue specific comments. E.g. “Before issue, change building 1 limit to $2,000,000”
User can clear or save the form – will there be autosave? Should there be a send/submit button?
