1. Why do you want to be a LCVP 2016 of AIESEC in Oruro?

2. What do you expect to take out of this experience? How the LCVP experience fits

your life plans?

3. How does your family see this opportunity for you?

4. What is AIESEC 2020? What will be your contribution as a LCVP 2016 to guarantee

that AIESEC Oruro will have a meaningful contribution to the vision 2020?

5. What is the biggest challenge that humanity is experiencing today and which is the

role of AIESEC in that? Connect that with AIESEC opportunities and threats in 2016.

1. Make a SWOT analysis about your leadership profile.

2. Make a self-evaluation through LDM and present how you will develop these competences of your

members.

3. Describe your leadership style associated to your most meaningful achievements throughout your

experience in AIESEC in Oruro.

4. How will you manage your team in order to deliver 100% performance every month? What do you

believe to be the main behaviors of a LCVP with his EB and the LC in order to ensure the delivery of

Team Minimums?

5. Explain the interactions that a VP must have with following audiences: other areas of the LC, LCP,

EB, LCVPs network, NST Trackers and MC. What will be your role and what are your expectations

towards these audiences?

1. What changes in structure, strategy and behaviors do you see as necessary to perform 60

realizations in oGCDP between February and July of next year without losing the focus in quality of

experiences?

2. From 1 to 10 (1 less important and 10 really important) How do you evaluate the synergy between

the front office and the back office areas in the LC? (Explain with an example with the focusing

program GCDP).

3. The biggest national gap in MKT today is related to the conversion rate. What kind of strategy would

you suggest to fix this issue? Mention activities and responsibles.

4. Describe at least 3 risks regarding each area which can directly affect the financial outcome of the

LC, present possible solutions for each of them.

5. What is the relevance you think AIESEC in Oruro must have in our local society? How do you think

we will be by the end of the year and how do you plan to have developed yourself to this point in

2016 as LCVP?

6. What strategies the LC can use to ensure maximum retention of membership? Base your answer on

two occasions: strategies BEFORE the entry of members, strategies DURING the experience of the

members.
