With respect to tradition and an unbridled passion for innovation, Sierra Nevada beers are inspired by the philosophy that anything is possible”-Sierra Nevada New from Sierra Nevada is their Hop Hunter IPA. This new take on the American IPA uses an all-new method of steam distilling wet hops before they even leave the fields. This revolutionary technique captures and intensifies the natural flavors, creating a unique and intensely aromatic beer. We also have their classic Pale Ale that has a unique piney and grapefruit aroma from the use of whole-cone American hops. Torpedo Extra IPA is an aggressive yet balanced beer with massive hop aromas of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit. And their classic Porter, brewed in the hop-forward American style and featuring a depth of malt flavor and complexity with roasted notes of black coffee and cocoa. DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Score ham by making 1/2-inch deep diagonal cuts, creating a diamond pattern; transfer ham to a roasting pan. 3. Mix brown sugar with enough yellow mustard to make a smooth, pourable sauce. 4. Pour reserved pineapple juice over ham, followed by the honey. 5. Pour brown sugar mixture over honey and arrange pineapple rings decoratively atop ham. Secure pineapple rings with toothpicks. 6. Bake in the preheated oven until diamond pattern on ham splits open, 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Baste ham every 15 minutes with pan drippings.
