Assembling the EASYTRACK FSStep 1. Post to Base Assembly
NOTE: The asse bl an be per or ed b one person. Perhaps e re o end to be assisted or in reased sa et .
WARNING: Never leave a post unattended hen the tra k is not asse bled. The post ould all do n resulting in injuries.
1 Re ove all parts ro the boxes. Be ore asse bling ake sure that all parts are in luded and in good ondition.
2 La out the bases on a level and lean oor at the desired distan e.
3 Insert the posts in the bases. The design o the base ill ensure the post lines up in the orre t position.

handle b pressing on the sa et lat h and pulling out ard lo ated on the blue olour o ponent on the side o post head .

handle hile pushing the hook over the tra k pin. The red
arks on the hook handle should no longer be visible.

You should eel a slight tension hen losing the hook handle.
Repeat pro edure until all 4 hooks are se ured.

Step 3. Track Width Adjustment1 To adjust the tra k idth pull the inner tra k
a a ro the ain outer tra k until the desired idth is a hieved.

Inner Track
2 Trolle position should be as sho n in Fig.13 . I not ake sure that inner tra k is
extended. Trolle ill be o e ree o its transportation slot. I it does not shake the trolle lightl le t and right to release it. Trolle should ove reel at this point.
NOTE: This step an also be done a ter adjusting the height.
Step 4. Height AdjustmentExtending the Posts1 Pull on the lo er

CAUTION: NEVER extend the post to allo the tra k to be in onta t ith the eiling. Al a s leave a learan e o at least 30 1 in h above the tra k. This learan e is

Levelling the Track4 Ensure the tra k
is level. To level the tra k extend both posts to sa e length. Make sure the ruler in ront o the post is exiting the post b sa e lenght or both posts.

Retracting the PostsPro eed as ollo s to retra t the post or adjusting the length or or disasse bling.5 Unlo k the ollar o the post i it is not
alread unlo ked.6 Re ering to Fig.17 grab the upper portion
o the post ith both hands 1 and raise it about 5 to re ove the pressure on the ollar.
