8 papas rojas2 Cucharada. mantequilla derretidasal y pimienta1 lb. pavo molido magro (o carnemolida magra)1.5 tazas de cebolla en cubos 1/4 taza hariana 2 tazas de caldo de res bajos en sal1 Cucharada de salsa Inglesa(Worcestershire)1 taza de chícharo congelado frozenpeas1 taza de zanahoria congelada

Enjuague y corte las papas en trozos pequeños y mezcle conmantequilla derretida, añada la sal y la pimienta, tape ycocine en el microondas durante 7 min o hasta que la papaesté tierna. Mientras tanto, cocine la carne, con la cebolla enuna sartén apto para horno a fuego medio-alto hasta que lacarne ya no esté rosada. Escurra los jugos si es necesario yvolver a poner en la sartén. Agregue la harina hasta que seincorpore, aproxi 1 min. Agregue el caldo y la salsa inglesa y cocine hasta que espese, aprox. 5-7 min. Agregue el chícharoy las zanahorias y cocine a fuego lento hasta que estén biencalientes, aprox 1-2 min. Rectifique el sazon.
