WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT EASTLAKE?
Old type town
It retains a feel that is largely missing these days
Unique character/history of neighborhood
Walkable/bikeable to both transit and recreation (lake). Potential for a destination/downtown
Quaint old town feel and look
It’s a quaint neighborhood tucked away in a growing suburban area. I enjoy the history of Eastlake itself, and would like the quiet, small town character to be preserved.
The country feel and quietness of the neighborhood
Small town feel, know all your neighbors
History and character
Access to light rail and trail system
It was a nice peaceful town, quiet and people respected each other.
It's quiet and the community is very close. Everyone wants to keep the small town feel.
Quiet, small town, unique, walkable
The neighborhood and the single family homes-no complex apartment buildings and no Starbucks!
Eastlake is special, and its history and character need to be retained
