MORE SCHOOLS ARE REQUIRING HEAD TEACHERS to hold a master’s degree in education as well as a state teaching license. You can earn both at The College of New Rochelle.
THE COLLEGE OF NEW ROCHELLE is offering a 33 credit Master of Science in Education in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Montessori Education. This degree will lead to a Montessori credential and either initial or professional New York State certification in Early Childhood Education (birth-second grade). Enrollment is also available to Montessori credentialed individuals who earned this credentialing within the last five years.
