It is with great pleasure that we invite your organization to consider sponsorship opportunities at the Council for Professional Recognition’s Early Educators Leadership Conference, October 12-15, 2016 to promote excellence with a focus on competency.

The Conference will host leading experts showcasing training, innovative tools, and leadership skills designed to assist early educators, administrators, and decision makers in advancing the field of early childhood education. The Conference will also allow attendees, presenters, and sponsors to network, share ideas, and to learn or reinforce new ideas in the early childhood education industry.

Research shows that investments in quality early care programs have impressive economic outcomes, both in the short- and long-term. Quality early care programs have been shown to immediately generate about $2 for every $1 dollar invested, through the sale of local goods and services, providing an immediate benefit to communities, and making early learning an important economic sector.

The key benefits of sponsorship include . . .

l The opportunity to promote your brand and to maintain a high profile among key influencers and decision-makers before, during, and after the event.

l Alignment with this powerful educational experience that demonstrates your commitment to professional development and leadership in early education.

l Direct contact with a captive and segmented audience that has influence in a broader community of stakeholders.

l The ability to maintain key relationships with early care and education sector leaders domestically and internationally.

l An opportunity to network and build new relationships with key stakeholders in local and state agencies responsible for teacher preparation and professional development.

The Conference will be held Lansdowne Resort located in Leesburg, Virginia. The resort is 30 minutes from the Nation’s Capital with service from two international airports. Lansdowne is the recipient of the AAA Four Diamond Award and the location provides the perfect mix of high-quality classrooms, beautiful outdoor venues and unique spaces to host a high-quality four-day Conference. Starting with the kick-off event, and culminating with the closing general session, sponsors will have numerous opportunities to present, engage, and showcase their products and services. Our Conference is targeted and provides close-

up and engaging opportunities with a group of attendees who are not overwhelmed with the usual noise and congestion of a large conference. The thrust of the Conference will delve into important and growing issues around workforce development, early education, public policy, and professional standards.

The Council for Professional Recognition’s signature events provide businesses, corporations, and foundations supporting early childhood education and workforce development with an opportunity to align their brand and Corporate Social Responsibility efforts with the Council’s mission of improving the quality of early care and education through the Council’s professional development programs. The creative possibilities to engage early childhood educators, workforce development specialists, education leaders, administrators, government representatives and business professionals are available to a select few. It is also an opportunity to associate with a leader in the industry and to grow with the event.

As the Elite sponsor and host of the Council’s Opening Reception, your brand will stand out as a leader. This year’s event will honor the Council’s achievements and a select early childhood education leader. This level of sponsorship also shows your strong commitment to early childhood education, workforce development, and building strong communities. As the “Elite” Sponsor you will receive benefits beyond the Conference which will allow your brand to be highlighted to our more than 350,000 members and stakeholders.

As the Evening Event sponsor you will have an opportunity to promote your brand at one of the biggest nights for our Conference. This event is a relaxed gathering with many opportunities to brand your product or service. Guests are front and center for an evening that is geared to highlight your company. The theme is not set for this event so the sky is the limit (based on budget) and how you would like to present your brand. This is an evening to remember for our attendees.

Set the stage for your product or service as an organization by supporting our leaders in the field with workforce development, early childhood education, and community building. Our keynote speaker will motivate and kickoff the four day conference. Attendees will remember how your organization supports their work in the field.
