We resurfaced the tennis courts in early April and also replaced the nets. We have purchased new scoreboards which are posted on the fences, as well as tennis caddies that are attached to the nets. A new combination lock has also been installed at the tennis courts for added security. We hope that Eagle’s Ridge residents will enjoy our new and improved tennis courts! Please be sure the gate is closed upon leaving. SENIORS: Congratulations to the following graduating seniors... We are proud of you! RECENT IMPROVEMENTS: -Pool Parking Lot Re-paved -Tennis Court Re-surfaced -Pool Landscaping Enhancement TREASURER UPDATE: As you know, the 2012 HOA dues of $450.00 were due on February 29, 2012. As of April, we are happy to report collecting dues from x69 residents. We thank you for your payment. While this is a tough economic time for all, we cannot stress enough the importance of your dues being paid in a timely manner. We must pay for Landscaping, Lighting, Lawn Maintenance, Pool Maintenance, Property Taxes, etc…We cannot keep these services if dues payments are not received. We will continue aggressively pursuing collection for past due accounts. *Please remember, if your dues are not current, you will not have access to the amenity areas (pool & tennis courts).
