Organizations in Asia are beginning to realize that there has been a whirlpool of IT evolution, and conventional ways may not work anymore. IT has moved from just a business unit to a progressive tool that detects inefficiencies and simplify the management of increasingly-complex environments.
There has always been a dividing gap between business and technology. If the implementation and adaption of technology are notproperly planned, there could be very expensive retribution. As organizations re-align their business strategies, they need a framework to link multiple business and technology decisions.
Enterprise Architecture 2013 is a two day forum, with Day 1 consisting of various case studies and presentation and Day 2 featuring a full day workshop on monitoring and evaluating EA performance. This 2 day Forum will provide a platform for Enterprise Architects to discuss business and IT strategies, the challenges and solutions implementing EA and the details of their operations framework. In addition, the various luncheons and refreshment sessions would provide immense opportunities to network with peers of different backgrounds and exchange ideas on pertinent issues on EA.
