Some people might Not be fond of my consultation services

because I focus solely on What is right , not on Who is right. I

believe your attitudes toward my services reflect yourself: Caliber as

a Leader determines what attitude I will have toward your services. Furthermore, I am a

unique consultant in that I am comfortable with many of the theories and practices of Human

Resources. Before founding my own company, I worked as an HR consultant for both

Japanese and US consulting firms and also as a Human Resources professional/manager

for several companies. My past experiences have enabled me to understand both the

theory-side and the practice-side of Human Resources. The range of my experiences is

likewise broad: I have direct experience in the areas of business start-ups, litigation, Labor

Union issues and lay-offs to say nothing of other HR projects as an HR Director, etc. I have

12 years’ experiences in this field and earned an MBA degree from Wake Forest University

in the US. I am fully bilingual.
