As we complete the first two quarters of the academic session 2020-21, it is time for us to assess the learning curve of our students. The Half Yearly Assessment will commence from Monday, 21st September 2020 and end on Monday, 5th October 2020.
The Date Sheet, General Instructions, Syllabus, and Weightage for the Assessment are enclosed here with.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW
1. No Assessment Day will be a Holiday. 2. The login time will be 8:45 a.m. 3. Strict adherence to the timeline is expected. 4. Students logging in after 9:05 a.m. will not be allowed to appear for the assessment. 5. Students to be ready with their stationery at the time of Assessment. 6. Read all the instructions carefully before writing the exam. 7. While attempting the assessment, the camera should be switched on. 8. Use of unfair means will be viewed strictly. If found using unfair means like referring to a book or notes, the
student’s paper will be cancelled. 9. No student will be allowed to logout before the exam end time. 10. The subjective assessment needs to be attempted in a ruled sheet and uploaded in MS Teams Assignment
within half an hour of completion of assessment, i.e.,12:00 noon for all subjects and 11:30 a.m. for computer assessment.
11. There will be Internal Assessment of 20 marks as stated below:
Assignment / CW/ HW / notebook submission: 10 marks
Subject Enrichment Activity:10 marks 12. Attendance is mandatory for all grades. In case the child is sick, a medical certificate is required to appear
for a retest. 13. If the student is not able to login on time due to connection issue it has to be immediately informed through
the portal or the school helpline number. 14. For reasons other than the ones mentioned in Point 12 & 13, re-assessment would not be conducted. 15. The schedule for re-assessment would be intimated post the completion of main assessment. 16. A rigorous revision schedule will be followed from 11th September 2020- 18th September 2020 to help
students prepare themselves for the upcoming assessments. The plan for the same will be shared by 7th September 2020.
We expect our students to maintain the sanctity of assessment by attempting it seriously.
