Project Name : ALD Automotive CRM
Client : ALD Automotive
Environment : Technology & Web Server: Apex Classes, Workflows, Triggers and
Custom Object Model, Sales Force.com Platform.
Description:
ALD Automotive is mainly into the Vehicle Leasing business, where they lease the
car to the customer based on once potential and the requirement. ALD Automotive
CRM provides a CRM solution to sales & marketing aspects to complete the LeasingCycle. The global CRM process developed in ALD starts with the marketing
department where they create campaigns to target existing contacts, leads or just to
create new leads to be managed and qualified by the sales team. The sales had to fill
a document for credit acceptance request; this document is replaced Credit Check,
Credit Line and Fleet objects in CRM. The credit check request must be complete in
order to enable risk analyst to make the financial study. Contracts are considered as
vehicle here; they are created in the back-end system and are currently linked to
Accounts. An Opportunity is usually used to track a “Deal” from its early stages to
completion, it hold various information like Number of vehicle renewed, number of
vehicle lost, number of vehicle extended, number of vehicle open etc.
Responsibilities:
Developed various Custom Objects, Tabs and customized standard objects like Accounts,Contacts.
Worked on user interface Creating visual force pages, page layouts, search layouts to
organize fields, custom links, related lists, and other components on a record detail and edit
pages.
Created workflow rules and defined related tasks, time triggered tasks, email alerts, field
updates to implement business logic.
Responsible for setting field level security, profiles, sharing rule and audit trail setup to
ensure that data is only shared with authorized persons.
