Dear Parents,

What a wonderful day we had at the Bective

Squares will be on sale during Education

Week Celebrations

Cooking with Mrs Chiswell

Mrs Chiswell will be doing some cooking sessions

with our primary students. She will take 5 stu-

dents each Thursday to practise skills in cooking.

Over a 4 week period all students will have a turn

cooking each item.

A group of students "christened" our wonderful

new cooking area last week, making some

delicious strawberry coconut muffins. The new

facilities worked well and are going to get a lot of

use as we make this a weekly lesson, ex-

perimenting with different recipes.

I'll send a copy of the recipe home with

students, in case they want to try these out at

home. It's a great opportunity to try out new

foods, as well as develop new skills

and confidence in the kitchen.
