Provided consultation to clients looking to secure financing for a new home purchase, refinance to a lower rate/reduced term, and cash out refinancing by using equity in their home for the purpose of debt consolidation. Completed, reviewed, and evaluated client’s loan applications and supporting documents such as appraisal, credit, equity, income, assets, and liabilities to ensure credit worthiness and initial underwriting approval.
