Dunia Baru can host 14 passengers and is staffed by a dedicated crew of 18. While the luxurious 51-meter superyacht is traditioal in style, in

The laid-back luxury of dunia baru’s interior invites guests to feel completely
at home onboard this superyacht.
The center-point is the eat-in galley, with a central island where meals are both prepared and enjoyed. This often
becomes the gathering space for friends and families, who also enjoy the large,
more formal seated dining area outside.
Guests love to choose a book from the yacht’s library and stretch out on
the sofas, or to sunbathe on a lounger on the deck. The beanbags on the foredeck are a favorite with so many guests, who
settle in to watch the dramatic landscape of indonesia’s islands slip by. by night, after the deck’s lounge
area has been converted into an al fresco cocktail bar, these beanbags become fantastic places from which to gaze
at the stars.

dunia baru’s 18-strong crew is a very special band of brothers who are passionate about the superyacht; they are discreet, attentive and operate with the utmost pride for being part of Team dunia baru. Working on the superyacht
is more than just a job for the crew, and their love for what they do makes guests’ experiences on charter even
more memorable.
Sebastien is dunia baru’s multi-lingual cruise director, and he ensures that all requests are accommodated. captain
le Sawu looks after the crew and pilots the vessel. Stewards Wayan, bayu and yogi make sure that guests are always comfortable and their glasses full, and chefs Tom and Gusti prepare gourmet meals and snacks that guests dream
of long after returning home.
arman, man and Jamal have been with dunia baru from the very beginning: they hail from a line of boat builders and have
been with dunia baru since she was a pile of planks in a boatyard. They are part of the crew who, along with the team of
engineers and housekeepers, keep dunia baru in immaculate condition.

dunia baru is a fantastic superyacht for families. it is a big boat with high,
sturdy rails and there is plenty of space for children to move around onboard in complete safety. There are games
and water toys for little ones, too. The destinations around which dunia baru sails have many excellent snorkelling sites and children love to swim along the reefs, seeking out turtles, “Nemo” and starfish. Beautiful sandy beaches
are plentiful – vast stretches of sand just waiting to become a playground,
or sandcastle city.
dunia baru’s crew is exceptionally good with children, and most have young
kids of their own. our younger guests have loved spending time with the crew, building sand sculptures, playing games
and making memories that will surely last a lifetime.
onboard dunia baru there are umbrellas, deckchairs and beach toys – everything
needed to make family beach time fun and comfortable.

dunia baru cruises the waters of the coral Triangle, the world’s most
biodiverse marine environment. Situated in the western Pacific Ocean,
the coral Triangle is home to 600 species of reef-building corals, and more than
2,000 species of reef fish
While dunia baru has done charters in Thailand, myanmar and Palau, the
superyacht spends most of the year sailing indonesian waters. indonesia is such
an exciting country to explore by yacht: it is an arc of more than 17,000 islands scattered across clear, warm waters. hot days, balmy nights, calm waters, extraordinary dive spots and even the
occasional surf break, every day promises something remarkable – both above and
below the surface of the ocean.
The destinations to which dunia baru sails have been very carefully selected for our charters. each one
offers something utterly enchanting, and whether it’s adventure, culture, wildlife
or a luxurious sense of isolation brought on by vast spaces, the destinations to
which we sail are sure to thrill.

a holiday on dunia baru can be as active or as relaxed as guests choose, and the
beanbags on dunia baru’s teak bow are a favourite place for guests to relax.
for those looking for adventure, there is plenty to look forward to – from hiking up
volcanoes to walking with Komodo dragons, exploring rainforests and diving astonishing coral reefs, swimming with turtles, manta rays or whalesharks. The
calm waters are perfect for paddleboarding and kayaking; taking a jetski out is always
so much fun, and the ribs mean that private beaches are always accessible.
dunia baru’s fully operational dive center is headed up by a Padi idc dive instructor. We cater to certified divers and also offer courses for those wanting to get certified
or develop their skills – such as deep diving, diving with Nitrox, night diving and underwater photography courses.
dunia baru carries equipment for a comprehensive range of water-sports activities, including two jet-skis, three kayaks, Sunfish sailing dingy, standup
paddleboards, banana boat, surfboards, water-skis, fishing rods and tackle, and
three inflatable ribs.

dunia baru’s attentive hospitality crew and Western chef ensure that meals are one of the highlights of a charter with dunia baru. Gourmet food is expertly prepared and presented, and only the
finest ingredients are used.
dunia baru boasts an open-air aft-deck dining area and – so often the social
gathering-point on the superyacht – a wonderful eat-in galley with a center
island. long, relaxed evenings can be spent sipping cocktails and sharing not only meals but also experiences
and adventures. The crew can also ar-range to set up a beach barbecue on a
private stretch of sand – an evening that truly is unforgettable.
almost unique on a yacht of this sort, dunia baru has a separate professional
standard prep-room for kitchen staff, while our celebrated chef displays
his talents on a 60-inch center island commercial range with tepanyaki grill
and custom hood.

until march 2019 dunia baru will be sailing the waters of indonesia. There
are more than 17,000 islands in the indonesian archipelago, and dunia
baru’s captain and crew know some pretty spectacular spots.
dunia baru tailors the itinerary for every charter, so whether it’s wildlife,
culture, diving or beach time the guests are drawn to, every charter is sure to
be the holiday of a lifetime.
The mysterious islands of the Komodo archipelago offer a chance to get away
from the craziness of the modern world, and to become immersed in a life of
adventure and freedom.
dappled by a monsoon sky, the islands rise out of the indonesian sea in great
humpbacked ridges covered with wind-blown savannah grasses and spiked with the tousled heads of lontar palms. They rise from waters so rich with marine life
that they are known to be among the best places on the planet to dive and snorkel: here, there are more than 1000 species
of fish and 260 types of corals.
of course, there’s also the opportunity to walk in Komodo National Park (with a guide) to find Komodo dragons, the descendants of dinosaurs. Seeing one of these three-meter-long “lizards” is
real bucket-list material.

alor is one of indonesia’s most exciting areas when it comes to diversity and, when you sail this archipelago. from
rugged mountainous landscapes to arid rolling hills, pristine bays, diving with
whale sharks, wallowing in crystal water, walking on volcanoes, tracking wildlife and meeting people who live by age-old
traditions, no day need ever be the same.
The alor islands would have the reputation of being one of the greatest diving spots in asia – if only it wasn’t also one of its
best-kept secrets. This is another of indonesia’s countless secret spots and
still largely unexplored.
only 168,000 people live on alor main island (there’s just one town). The islands are as rich in culture as they are in marine species: there are said to be
15 different indigenous languages in this little archipelago alone. This is the place
to come if you want to see a part of indonesia that few people ever reach.

The exotic Spice islands, also known as the malukus, are a hothouse of biodiversity. it was here that the Welsh naturalist alfred
russel Wallace developed his theory of evolution in 1858, which he expounded to
his friend charles darwin, who was coming to similar conclusions in the Galapagos.
The tiny island of Ternate was once the administrative headquarters from which all the dutch east indies, an area famed
for producing spices, was governed. This archipelago was once the only place in the world where nutmeg (a spice which was said to be a cure for the dreaded black plague) grew. even today the
primeval forests and ancient plantations of the malukus are fragrant with the scent
of nutmeg, clove, cinnamon and mace.
These islands are exquisite: volcanic, forest-covered peaks; beaches lined with palm trees; bays of crystal-clear turquoise water. and among these islands, unique
cultures and traditions still thrive.

often described as the most extraordinary marine habitat on the planet, the 40,000
square kilometers of the raja ampat archipelago lie at the point where the
Pacific currents collide with the Indian ocean. These nutrient-rich waters have spawned (quite literally) a marine eden.
There are 1300 species of fish (although new species are regularly discovered)
and 15 species of mammals. Three- quarters of all the hard corals in the world – 533 types – are found here. dunia baru’s dive master knows the
secret reefs and channels intimately and can show you everything from pygmy
sea horses to manta rays that measure six meters across, wing tip to wing tip.
as if it couldn’t get any better, raja ampat’s landscape is truly breathtaking: forested karst islands rise from crystal
waters and surround bays more magnificent than you could imagine.

The immense bay of cendrawasih (which means bird of Paradise bay)
is tucked into the crook of bird’s head Peninsula on the wild north coast of
Papua. despite being indonesia’s largest marine national park (14,535 square kilometers) since 2002, this
area remains so isolated and wild as to be almost undocumented.
it’s a bay known by divers for its exquisite coral gardens, dramatic
vertical walls, Japanese wrecks and the opportunity to see the whalesharks
that congregate here.
in cendrawasih there are marine spe-cies here that have never been docu-
mented and, among the larger known in-habitants, you could see rays, dolphins, four species of turtles, sharks, dugong,
whaleshark and even blue whales. up to 60 per cent of the entire area
is covered in live corals, making this area a diver’s dream.
