2. Review collection We encourage Contract Partners to proactively collect genuine feedback using Reviews.co.uk state of the art review collection technology. Contract Partners each have an individual login, this will be sent but is also available directly from the Dulux Trade Contract Partnership Helpline (Tel: 0115 966 7690). Review Booster - The review booster is in the Partner Dashboard under Invitations -> Review Booster and allows you to bulk email review invitations to your customers. Simply upload a CSV of your customer data or type the data in manually.

Recommendation – we strongly recommend using the Add button to enter and send each review request individually.

Then just add each customer using the pop up box Sending – once you have entered the customer’s data into the Pop Up box you will be given the option to review and send and their details will be saved in Invitations, should you wish to re-send at a later date. Batch entries and Multi Send – You can use Box 3 to manually enter each customer or multiple customers at once, separating their Name, Email address and Project Name.

Tip! – when using Box 3 to enter multiple customer details, especially if you

manually change the customer’s info, you may see red crosses in Box 4 and will not be able to send. To correct this you just need to use the blue “Identify Column” button to “tell”

2.2 On Site Review Collection In addition to being prompted via emails direct from individual Contract Partners, reviews are also collected via the Contract Partner’s company page on www.contractpartnership.co.uk.

2.3 Fake Reviews As a result of our advanced technology, we expect very few if any, fraudulent reviews. If you do notice a suspicious review please let our support team know immediately on support@reviews.co.uk.

3. Review Publishing

3.1 Dulux Trade Contract Partner Publishing Dulux will publish the genuine feedback collected next to partner’s listings on the Contractpartnership.co.uk platform. Go to ‘Reviews and Ratings’ tab in members’ profile section.

3.2 Dashboard Publishing Partners can view, reply, forward and moderate reviews via the Partner Dashboard.

3.3 Duplication Reviewers are not allowed to provide multiple reviews for the same project.

3.4 Moderation Partners can put reviews into moderation via the partner dashboard if a review is thought to be libelous, defamatory, a personal attack or written by a competitor. Once a review is put into moderation a member of our moderation team will be prompted to investigate the review. Partners will be given the opportunity to provide evidence backing up the moderation request via the Partner Dashboard. If the investigator of the review decides the review does not fall under the guidelines for removing a review the review will be republished and the partner will be notified. If the review is left moderated it will be marked as ‘Moderated’ next to the review in the Partner Dashboard Moderated reviews are not published on Dulux Trade Contract Partnership’s website or in Google. The final arbiter of the review will be the Dulux trade Contract Partnership Manager. 4. Partner Dashboard Dulux Trade will give each partner access to their unique partner dashboard. The dashboard will act as the hub for all Dulux Trade Contract Partner reviews.

4.1.1. Re-setting Passwords Partners can reset their passwords by using the password re-set button on the

4.1.2. Security All data is stored securely on UK based servers.

4.2 Replying to Reviews We recommend that partners reply to all negative reviews and some positive reviews. This shows potential customers that you genuinely care about your customers and increase trust in your brand. Make sure you set up notifications so your customer support team is aware of customer issues quickly.

4.3 Review Notifications In the Partner Dashboard you can change settings so you receive notifications for positive and negative reviews on the Settings page. We recommend you add at least one email address for negative feedback.

You can add multiple email addresses simply add a comma in between the addresses. i.e tim@example.com, andy@example.com.

4.4 User Settings You can change your log-in details via the Your Details page in the Partner Dashboard. Click your company name in the top right corner of the dashboard and then Your Details.

4.5 Reporting You can create monthly, daily and weekly reports of your review performance using the reporting tab within the Partner Dashboard.
