Model 200M Gate Valve

WOMs model 200M gate valve is a field-proven gate valve which provides the reliability and interchangeability needed in the competitive market today. The model 200M is a full-bore, through conduit gate valve available in standard flanged ends, butt weld ends, and in block body configurations.

WOMs model 200M gate valve is forged body and bonnet, and is available in working pressures from 2,000 psi through 20,000 psi, and in bore sizes from 1-13/16 through 7-1/16. The model 200M can be equipped with pneumatic or hydrau-lic actuators. The model 200M is ideally suited for manifolds and christmas trees.

Features and Benefits Bi-directional design provides flow direction versatility

and increased service life. Patented Magnum Dual-Seal assembly is upstream

and downstream sealing. The Dual-Seal seats expand against the slab gate

when subjected to line pressure to form a positive metal-to-metal seal.

Grease injection fittings are located in bonnet and body. Bearing cap grease fitting allows positive

bearing lubrication. Easy closing and sealing without excessive force. Available with Elastomeric and Non-Elastomeric Seals.

Slurry Service Gate Valves

WOM Slurry Service Gate Valves are specially designed for mud, cement, fracturing, and water service. WOM slurry service are forged bodied and through conduit. They feature MAGNUM sealing technology and an added seat skirt assembly for high and fluctuating pressure and abrasives. WOM slurry service valves can be easily serviced in-line and all internal components can be inspected and replaced. All mud valves meet or exceed the requirements for API 6A.

WOMs Magnum gate valves provide sealing reliability that is unmatched in the industry. The patented design has been proven in hundreds of well control applications during drilling, testing, and production...onshore, offshore, and subsea.

The body cavity is exposed to line pressure only during valve opening and closing, ensuring better lubricant retention, less exposure to line contaminants, and longer service life with less maintenance.

Line Pressure Operated SSV

WOMs Line Pressure Operated Surface Safety Gate Valves are ideal where control pressure is not available. This system typically consists of a surface safety gate valve, high pressure pilot, low pressure pilot, and a velocity check valve. The LPO-SSVs use line pressure as a control pressure to activate the actuator, resulting in a self-operating system. High and low pressure pilots sense line pressure continuously. Installed on flow lines, header valves, gathering lines, pipelines, and transmission lines, the WOM LPO-SSV is ideal for single point protection.

Model 700 Plug Valve

The Model 700 Plug Valve is a tapered seal, non-lubricated, quarter-turn plug valve for rapid operation. The body cavity is tapered to ensure uniform seating of the sealing inserts, providing a reliable seal at a full range of pressures. It is engineered to provide low operating toque and resis-tant to tough abrasive and corrosive conditions.

WOM offers several end connection choices for the Model 700. Connection types such as Hammer Unions, Line Pipe, API Flanged, Tool Joint, Clamp Hub, Weld End and a metal-to-metal WingSeal, are available. All sizes of WOM valves can be equipped with your choice of end connections or combinations to suit your specific application.

Dual-Seal Ball Valve

The Worlds Only Dual-Seal Ball Valve in the pipeline, petrochemical, and process industries. The Dual-Seal Ball Valve will outperform a through conduit gate valve at the overall (in place) cost of a ball valve.

Features and Benefits: Offers TWO independent seals on each side of

the ball. Designed to replace thru-conduit gate valves in

mainline service. Repairs itself automatically if the Primary Seal

becomes damaged. Primary seal acts as a wiper ring to clean off the

ball and protect the Secondary Seal. Offers ultra low pressure sealing in a quarter-turn

For the prevention of back flow in high pressure and/or high temperature mud lines, choke and kill manifolds, christmas tree injection and kill lines, WOM offers the lift type check valve.

Available in sizes 1-13/16 through 4-1/16 (larger sizes available upon request) in pressures of 3,000 psi through 20,000 psi. Available with flanged, butt weld, hub type, or a combination of end connections.

Pump Savers

All rig mud pump systems use pop-off valves to protect the pump from over pressuriza-tion. The best that can be achieved with a pop or relief valve is approximately +/- 10% repeatability. On a high pressure system, this can be a significant variance. Although the valves are resettable, they generally go at a lower pressure once tripped and reset. Not WOMs Pump Saver.

Available up to 10,000 psi, and is more ac-curate than pop/relief valves. WOMs Pump Saver features +/- 3% above 3,500 psi. New rupture discs can be easily and quickly replaced. Available with a wide range of end connections.

WOMs ram type BOP is pressure energized and feature hydrauli-cally operated locking mechanisms to hold the rams closed without actuation pressure.. Additional features include hydraulically open-ing bonnets and a wide selection of rams to meet any application.

Annular Type BOPOnly Two Moving Parts (piston and packing unit) on the Annular BOP mean few areas are subject to wear. The BOP is safer and more efficient, requiring less maintenance and downtime.

Long Piston with a length to diameter ratio approaching one eliminates tendencies to cock and bind during op-erations with off-center pipe or unevenly distributed accu-mulations of sand, cuttings, or other elements. This design enhances the ability of the packing unit to reopen to full bore position.

Conical Bowl Design of the Piston provides a simple and efficient method of closing the packing unit.

Field Replaceable Wear Plate in the BOP Head serves as an upper non-sealing wear surface for the movement of the packing unit, making field repair fast and economical.

Maximum Packing Unit Life is possible with the provision for measuring piston stroke. This measurement indicates remaining packing unit life without disassembly and ensures the longest and safest use of the packing unit.

Choice of Packing Unit Rubber Compounds permit more flexible applications.

As part of a comprehensive offshore work over system, WOM subsea gate valves and actuators provide significant weight and space advantages. Now, this lightweight and compact intervention package can safely work over wells from much smaller, less expensive vessels.

This Patented intervention package isolates wellbore pres-sure when tools are being changed out and offers two levels of redundancy for safety.

In an emergency shutdown situation, the Magnum valve and actuator cut 2-7/8 coil tubing to shut in the well without leaving a slug in the valve body. After cutting, the fast acting WOM Dual-Seal proved positive by sealing after the cut in low pressure gas testing witnessed by DNV.

The Intervention System is fitted with an Emergency Shut Down (ESD) control system. The system will carry out a controlled closure of the Flowhead, EDP (Emergency Dis-connect Package), and LRP (Lower Riser Package) valves in emergency situations. The Intervention System Compo-nents, Flowhead, EDP, LRP, and Choke Manifolds will isolate and secure the well. Additional components of the Subsea Intervention System are the HPU (Hydraulic Power Unit) and the Umbilical Reeler.

WOMs liability is limited to replacing non-conforming Equipment or Services or to allow credit to the extent of invoice value of such Equipment and/or Services, at WOMs option. All material accepted for credit is subject to WOMs normal restocking charge. No material will be accepted for credit after one year from date of shipment. Any delivery dates specified by WOM are approximate only and are based on normal plant operation. WOM shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind, whether arising from delay, transportation, or any other cause whatsoever. WOM shall be given reasonable opportunity and access to investigate the merits of any claim made under this Paragraph.6. CANCELLATION: Orders placed by Buyer may not be cancelled except upon WOMs prior written consent. In the event of cancellation, WOM shall be entitled to recover any and all damages suffered by it by virtue thereof as allowed by law, including but not limited to, WOMs costs and other commitments incurred to date of cancellation, WOMs incidental damages, and the profit WOM would have received from full performance of this contract.7. DEFAULT: If Buyer fails to make any payment when due, hereunder or under any other agreement between Buyer and WOM, or if the financial responsibility of Buyer becomes impaired or unsatisfactory in WOMs judgment, WOM may, without prior notice or demand and without breach of contract, defer shipments, cancel the unshipped balance of order, suspend performance of any obligation (including without limitation, repair, replacement or investigation obliga-tions under Paragraph 8 herein) and/or take immediate possession of Equipment delivered until the full purchase price of Equipment and/or Services shall be paid by Buyer or, at WOMs discretion, until security satisfactory to WOM shall be given by Buyer. Any costs incurred by WOM as a result of suspending performance or repossession or collection shall be payable by Buyer. WOM may sell repossessed Equipment with proceeds to be applied to unpaid balance and expenses incurred in sale, repossession, and collection. Buyer shall pay any remaining deficiency. WOM shall have the right at any time to examine and take possession of Equipment without restrictive action by Buyer.8. SECURITY INTEREST: WOM hereby reserves a security interest in all of the Equipment until full pay-ment of the purchase price of the same. Buyer shall execute and deliver such financing statements and other documents as may be requested by WOM from time to time for the purpose of evidencing the interest of WOM in the Equipment.9. WARRANTY: WOM warrants its Equipment and/or Service to be free from defects in material and workmanship, provided such products are used in the service and within the pressure range for which they were manufactured. Any

claim under this Warranty must be made by Buyer to WOM in writing within thirty (30) days of Buyers discovery of the claimed defect but in no event later than twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery. Buyers failure to notify WOM of such non-conformance as required herein shall bar Buyer from recovery under this Warranty This warranty shall not apply to any equipment, which has been 4 1.) subjected to misuse, neglect, or accident, or 2.) has been altered or tampered with, or on 3.) which corrective work has been done without WOMs specific written consent. WOMs sole obligation and Buyers exclusive remedy in connection with the Equipment and/or Services shall be limited, at WOMs option, to either replacement of Equipment and/or Services conforming to this warranty or credit to Buyers account in the invoiced amount of the non-conforming Equipment and/or Services.WOM MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE EQUIPMENT AND/OR SERVICES. NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, SUCH AS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. WOM does not recommend and will not assume any responsibility for rebuilding, repairing special plating, coating, welding, or heat-treating done outside WOMs plant by or at the request of Buyer. Products not of WOMs manufacture and included in WOMs proposal, and special plating, coatings, or heat treatment applied to WOMs products are not warranted in any way by WOM but carry ONLY the manufacturers warranty, if any. Any recommendation or suggestion relating to the use of the Equipment and/or Services made by WOM whether in its technical literature or in response to specific inquiry, or otherwise, is based on data believed to be reliable; however, the Equipment and/or Services and information are intended for use by Buyers having the requisite skill and know-how in the industry, and therefore it is for Buyer to satisfy itself of the suitability of the Equipment and/or Services for its own particular use and it shall be deemed that Buyer has done so, at its sole discretion and risk. Variations in environment or changes in procedures or use may cause unsatisfactory results.10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: WOMs liability on any claim of any kind, including claims based upon WOMs negligence, or strict liability for any loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the use of the Equipment and/or Services, shall in no case exceed the purchase price allocable to the Equipment and/or Services or part thereof which gives rise to the claim.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WOM BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, BASED ON CLAIMS OF BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY ARISING OUT OF BREACH OR FAILURE OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, MISREPRESENTATION, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT, FAILURE OF ANY REMEDY TO ACHIEVE ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE NOTWITHSTANDING THE FORM (e.g., CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) IN WHICH ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE ACTION MAY BE BROUGHT. 5 11. INDEMNIFICATION: BUYER RELEASES AND WILL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD WOM (AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES) (COLLECTIVELY INDEMNITEES) HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, LIABILITIES, SUITS, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUD-ING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS FEES) (CLAIMS), WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING STRICT LIABILITY), RESULTING FROM A CLAIM BY A THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING ANY EMPLOYEE OF BUYER OR GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY) BASED ON ACTIONS BY WOM UNDERTAKEN UPON THE INSTRUCTIONS OF BUYER, OR ARISING OUT OF ITS PROVISION OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. THIS INDEMNITY WILL NOT COVER ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, CLAIM AND EXPENSE ARISING OUT OF WOMS OWN GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT. EXPRESS NEGLIGENCE: THE INDEMNIFICATION, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION PROVISIONS PROVIDED FOR IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE APPLICABLE WHETHER OR NOT THE LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES AND DAMAGES IN QUESTION AROSE SOLELY OR IN PART FROM THE ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR CONCURRENT NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER FAULT OF ANY INDEMNI-FIED PARTY. BUYER AND WOM ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS STATEMENT COMPLIES WITH THE EXPRESS NEGLIGENCE RULE AND IS CONSPICUOUS.12. RECOMMENDATION: No statement or recommendation made or assistance given by WOM or its representatives to Buyer or its representatives in connection with the use of any Equipment and/or Services by Buyer shall constitute a waiver by WOM of any of the provisions herein or affect WOMs liability, as herein defined, or be deemed to provide warranties additional to those set forth herein.13. WAIVER: Waiver by WOM of any breach of any provision herein shall not be considered a waiver of any other or future breach of the same provision or of other provisions.14. ASSIGNMENT: Buyer may assign this Agreement only pursuant to a merger, acquisition, sale of all or substantially all assets, corporate reorganization or other similar transaction, provided that the scope of use of any Equipment and/or Services provided hereunder will not be expanded beyond the business of Buyer and its majority owned subsidiaries and assignee assumes, and is capable of assuming, all obligations (including financial) of Buyer hereunder. WOM may assign this Agreement to any successor to WOMs interests in the subject matter. WOM may assign its right to payment hereunder or grant a security interesting this Agreement or such payment right to any third party. WOM may perform any obligation pursuant to this Agreement using agents and subcontractors.15. ENGINEERING AND SERVICE. Upon request, WOM will provide engineering and/or technical information regarding its products and their uses. If confidential and/or 6 proprietary materials and/or information is furnished and/or requested, the Buyer will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement, before such material and/or information is furnished. Should Buyer refuse to sign the provided non-disclosure agreement, then WOM will provide more general engineering and/or technical information and/or such information that does not contain confidential and/or proprietary information. Further, any such information, service or assistance so provided, whether with or without charge, shall be advisory only. In this regard, neither WOM nor Buyer assumes any liability for the acts or omissions of the other party or of third parties. Please note that WOM offers equipment operation manuals in English. However, WOM can offer same operational manuals in other languages for a fee upon request. 16. MISCELLANEOUS: (a) WOM and Buyer are independent par-ties. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed to make either party an agent, employee, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal representative of the other party. (b) This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Texas law, excluding its conflict of law principles, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of Harris County, Texas, waiving any objection to forum non conveniens. (c) WOM will be entitled to its reasonable attorneys fees in addition to any other damages and amounts awarded to it in any action to collect unpaid fees owed pursuant to this Agreement. (d) This Agreement constitutes the complete and entire statement of all terms, conditions, and representations of the agreement between WOM and Buyer with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior writings or understandings. (e) If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, in whole or in part, such holding will not affect the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement. Paragraphs 2, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 of this Agreement will survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement. (f) No waiver, amendment, or other modification of this Agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by the party against whom enforcement is sought.
