Our ServicesRecruitmentWe specialize in providing recruitment services for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Gas, Oil, Petrochemical, Construction Sites, Hospitality and IT industries. Our team includes domain specialists from each of these industries, who identify and select best-fit resources for our clients depending on their recruitment needs. Our vast network of selection offices gives us a wide reach, as well as extensive localized knowledge. This allows us to conduct deep searches for specific skill sets in targeted geographies across the Indian Subcontinent. We use state of the art technology developed to find the right candidates, and match them with our clients’ needs, while dramatically reducing turnaround time and sourcing overheads. We maintain an active database of 500,000 candidates, and are committed to storing candidate performance and evaluation reviews as a part of the candidate profiles to ensure client across to highly filtered candidates.

Consulting Services
Beyond providing human resources, our experienced team members are available as consultants, and can advise clients on a variety of issues related to human resources and logistics.

TrainingTraining was identified as one of the key elements of the company’s strategy, since 2005, DSS has invested more than USD 6 Million to establish and strengthen its training infrastructure.
We have custom built four key training centers in India. The flagship training center is located in New Delhi (North India) and has the capacity center is located to train over 1000 tradesmen per month, focusing primarily on Civil trades. The second training center is located in Kochi (South India) and is equipped to train 400 trainees per month in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Civil trades. Both training centers include onsite board and lodging facilities for trainees, and are equipped with state of the art construction systems that are used in the Middle East and other parts of the world.
Over the last two years DSS’s training organization has crossed several significant milestones, including being recognized by TAFE of Australia and signing on some of the largest contracting companies in the region as our clients.
Staffing and Outsourced TeamsSkilled professionals for certain industries are becoming difficult to locate and retain. Many clients view outsourcing as a method of risk mitigation, as well as strategy to deal with scarcity of skill-sets. Under this area of service, we enter into mid to long-term contracts with our clients to supply them with a team of people to manage their facilities, or work on their projects.
We work with the client to identify and select suitable resources, and then deploy them to the client site. Day to day management is handled by DSS, which can include accommodation, food, transportation, and other necessities such as insurance. This model helps our clients to achieve substantial cost savings, and reduces risks. Clients can optimize resource needs by deploying only required resources at the required time based on either contract completion, or their needs.

Mechanical & Electrical
We have supplied over 15,000 personnel to Mechanical Engineering projects across Asia, Middle East, and Africa. India has the world’s largest pool of Engineers, and we are uniquely positioned to access and deploy these resources. Additionally, we have supplied more than 10.000 people to over 50 Electrical Engineering projects worldwide.
Hospitality and IT
We have the capability to support clients across the entire life cycle of a hotel project, from construction to post launch operations and maintenance. Further, in the IT arena we are capable of sourcing all levels of staff from senior consultants to junior programmers.
