Poštovane koleginice i kolege,

Imamo čast i zadovoljstovo da toplo pozdravimo sve učesnike 12 Kongresa o ishrani. Značaj

kongresa se ogleda naročito u činjenici da smo dobili više od 150 apstrakta od strane autora koji

dolaze iz mnogih institucija različitih profila, kao što su zdravlje, proizvodnja hrane, farmacija,

veterina, biologija, hemija, ekologija i biotehnologija. Imajući to u vidu, jasno je da ovaj skup

ima multidisciplinarni karakter i istovremeno prikazuje ishranu sa naučnog i praktičnog aspekta.

Imamo velika očekivanja da će naša iskrena i aktivna razmena mišljenja doprineti boljem

razumevanju aktuelnih trendova u ishrani. Zato se nadamo da će Kongres obezbediti forum za

razmenu naučnih ideja, inspiraciju za nova istraživanja i omogućiti nove kontakte za bližu

saradnju. Takođe, fokus će biti na tekućem istraživanju o hrani, ishrani i zdravlju u Srbiji, kao i

na globalnom nivou. Naučni program će obuhvatiti plenarna predavanja, predavanja po pozivu,

kao i usmena predavanja, postere, orkugle stolove i radionicu.

Isto tako bismo želeli da se zahvalimo sponzorima i ostalim organizacijama koje su pomogle

održavanje ovog kongresa.

I na kraju želimo da svi učesnici dožive Kongres kao plodonosnu i uspešnu manifestaciju i da

im bude prijatan boravak u Beogradu.

Dear Colleagues,

We have the honour and pleasure to extend warm welcome to all participants of the 12th

Congress of Nutrition. Its importance is reflected particularly in the fact that we have received

more then 150 abstracts by authors who come from many institutions of different profiles, which

include health, food production, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, biology, chemistry, ecology,

and biotechnology. Bearing that in mind, it is clear that this meeting has a multidisciplinary

character, which represents nutrition in many areas as a science and practice. We have high

expectations that our frank and active exchange of views will contribute to the better

understanding of the current trends in nutrition. Therefore the Congress will provide you with a

forum to exchange scientific ideas, inspire new research, result in new contacts for possible

closer co-operation. Also the focus will be on the current research on food, nutrition and health

in Serbia as well as on global level. The scientific program will include plenary lectures, invited

lectures, as well as oral presentations and posters, round tables and a workshop.

We would also like to thank the sponsors and other organizations that have made it possible to

organize this Congress.

Finally, we wish the participants a very fruitful and productive Congress and a pleasant stay in

Belgrade.

OBAVEŠTENJE ZA AUTORE

Trajanje izlaganja

Sekcijska predavanja 20 minuta.

Usmene prezentacije 10 minuta (8 minuta + 2 min diskusija)

Organizator će obezbediti tehničku podršku za prikazivanje prezentacija u Power Point

formatu. Autori treba da predaju svoju prezentaciju (CD, USB) najkasnije 30 min. pre

početka sekcije.

Posteri

Veličina postera je maksimalno 90 cm x 120 cm.

Organizator će obezbediti materijal za postavljanje postera.

Termin za postavljanje postera: četvrtak 1. 11. / petak 2.11. / subota 3.11. u 8.30, prema

rasporedu iz programa. Uklanjanje postera svakog od navedenih dana posle 16 časova.

Zvanični jezici kongresa: sprski i engleski.

OPŠTE INFORMACIJE

Svi učesnici se mole da tokom rada kongresa nose bedževe, jer će pristup salama u kojima se

održavaju sekcije biti moguć samo uz bedž.

Kotizacija obuhvata slobodan pristup svim sekcijama i pratećim aktivnostima, program

kongresa, CD sa izvodima radova, tematski časopis ”Hrana i ishrana”, koktel dobrodošlice,

svečano otvaranje kongresa, kafu u pauzama i sendvič.

Tokom kongresa predviđena je izložba i prezentacija proizvođača hrane i dijetetskih

suplemenata..

Invited speakers: 20 minutes

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

All participants are kindly asked to wear their badges throughout the Congress. Only badge

holders will be admitted to the sections.

Registration fee includes admission to all sections, final program, Abstract Book on CD,

journal “Food and Nutrition”, welcome reception, opening ceremony, coffee at coffee breaks,

and sandwich for lunch break.

During the Congress an Exhibition will be held of food and dietary supplements.
