Annealer Gain Correction

This control software supports a gain adjusting factor array to improve a annealing process.

The gain can be set for different line speed level called threshold as displayed in apposite windows.

These level speed are:

How to proceed:

1. Start the machine at work speed

2. Set 0 (zero) at Minimum Ann Speed

3. Set a zero gain at Threshold 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. (to avoid wire overheat)

4. Set an proper annealing gain at work speed

5. Decrease speed and adjust a the gain until the annealing process gives expected result operating at

the matching line speed threshold value

6. Repeat point 3 until minimum line speed desire
