D.1 Personal Data In this division you need to fill the mandatory fields, then you must upload a personal photo, a copy of your valid QID, and a copy of your Qatar Police clearance.

D.2 Degrees In this division you need to cite your attested degree(s) by filling the below corresponding fields, i.e. Degree type, Major, Country, Universityetc.

When selecting university name, a new menu will appear allowing you to use a search engine that will select a certain university from a predefined database. Moreover, you need to upload a soft copy of the degree by pressing the Browse button at the end of the page.

Please note that you need to save your work in every form by pressing the button

at the end of each page.

D.3 Trainings Now you need to register all seminars / trainings acquired (if available), by filling the below corresponding fields, i.e. Training topic, start & end dates, Organized byetc.

Moreover, you need to upload a soft copy of the training certificate by pressing the Browse button at the end of the page.

D.4 Work Experience

Here you need to register all relative work experience by filling the below corresponding fields, i.e. Company, Designation, Nature of work, start & end dates, experienceetc.

Moreover, you need to upload a soft copy of the work certificate by pressing the Browse button at the end of the page.

D.5 Miscellaneous Add-ons At this point we almost arrived at the end of registration process, whereby this area displays all the previously uploaded documents (Personal photo, degrees, training certificates, work certificatesetc.), additionally other related non mandatory documents can be attached for further reference.

After having voluntarily uploaded all necessary add-ons, the next arrow button will lead you to a consent agreement confirming the following: - The correctness of the previously provided data, and that all attached documents are

conform true copies of the originals; - Full awareness of law 19 of year 2005 regulating the practice of Engineers;- No additional documents should be provided other than the previously attached ones.

You need to tick the confirmation checkbox , then proceed by clicking Next

button .

Lastly, you will receive a confirmation panel confirming that your application has been successfully registered / approved, followed by a number. Please print this page for future use.
