WHEN IS IT TIME FOR A MOMMY MAKEOVER?Patients should let their body get back to normal. They should lose as much of their weight gain as possible and maintain a healthy, stable weight, aiming for three months as a guideline. Breast-feeding should also be complete (for at least two to three months) so that the breasts can return to normal.
