    Features

    The highest standard of safety features continue including a stop system with a PLe Cat 4 to ISO 13849-1 2006, command joysticks are PLd CAT3 ISO 13849-1 2006 and all levers and push buttons are PLc CAT2 ISO 13849-1 2006. The flexibility of the unit is unrivalled with three operating frequencies available being 433.050-434.790MHz, 434.040-434.790MHz & 2.4GHz with a possible 16 channels.

    Safety & security continue with the option to have a coded start procedure. This enhances security and ensures that the unit cannot be started without an authorised user, which also further ensures that only trained, skilled and certified operatives are empowered to start and operate the machinery. The operating range is up to an impressive 200m metres when using 434.040-434.790MHz at 10Mw power. Operating and Storage Temperatures are -25° + 70° / -40°-+85°.

    With the autonomy of 24 hours at 20 degrees, and impressive empty to full charge of just 1 hour the #Akula Radio Remote system truly has it all. Each unit is supplied with a spare battery free of charge. If this wasn’t enough, we’re so confident of the units build quality & reliability that we are putting a full 3 years warranty on all electronic components and two years on all mechanical components!

    ES Robotics #Akula Radio Remote Control

    The custom built ES Robotics #Akula Radio Remote Control has been designed to provide the utmost safety, quality, reliability & performance. The unit features a large intelligent display giving the operator full & detailed feedback at all times such as oil temperature, engine warning lights, fuel & more.

    The transmitter casing is not only IP66 rated, but is custom built using the most robust material Nylon UL94 HB to take the most serious of abuse that any site can offer. Amongst the many safety features, making this transmitter the safest in the market place, are an anti-tilt function whereby if the user slips, trips or falls all commands are instantly disabled. There is absolutely no danger of any #Akula Robot accidentally slewing or flying off out of control.

Kubota’s tough and reliable engines are world renowned. Engineered with the power to maximise performance, it also delivers minimised noise and vibration, meeting all current engine emission regulations. In electric mode the Robo powered DC motor continues to deliver impressive power!

    Intelligent Hydraulics

    When simultaneous operation of numerous functions are required, two variable pumps will distribute an accurate amount of oil flow to each actuator according to the lever stroke. This process enables continuous high performance across all operations. The intelligent proportional valves offer the very latest in hydraulic technology.

    The powerful hydraulic force of the #Akula DR-Range delivers an impressive bucket digging force. Its powerful and well-balanced arm and bucket allow the operator to dig faster, deeper and more efficiently

    even in the toughest conditions.

    When operating attachments such as Hammers, Shears or Crushers the #Akula DR-Range increases productivity with its impressive intelligent hydraulics, patented Robo Power TechDivert system.

    It offers powerful workability and excellent stability without the need of additional weights, that are often required by other demolition robots.

    Single or Double Dozer Blade?

    Each #Akula Robot has the option for either Single or Double Dozer blades to be installed. Double are supplied as standard. Whether you want the same all round or Dozer at the front, rear or both ES Robotics offers full flexibility. The Akula Robots offer stability and the ease of clearance with the option of the Double Dozer blade.

    Electric Power Unit

    One of the biggest steps forward for the industry is with ES Robotics Robo Power DC Motor. The ultra-smooth wave form produced, in conjunction with its control inverter give truly unrivalled performance. With fully adjustable speed, torque & load sensing this DC Motor gives peak performance 100% of the time. The motor will run off reduced voltage supplies without any detrimental effects to the machine what so ever. Therefore these intelligent DC motors coupled with Robo Power require dramatically smaller generators to power the units compared to the leading competition.
