Important Instructions for First Year Students
1. Attendance of students in all subjects will be monitored strictly.
2. Student should report to their theory and practical classes on time. Late comers
will not be permitted.
3. Student shall get their practical journals checked by respective batch in-charge
in time.
4. It is compulsory to submit assignments in time.
5. Wearing uniform is compulsory.
6. Use and possession of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in classrooms and
laboratories.
7. All students should wear their I-cash card cum I-card as long as they are inside
the college campus.
8. Class tests, unit tests and internal exams are compulsory for all, as it will help in
preparation of university exam.
9. Anti-ragging committee is formed to help the students. You can register your
complaint to the following teachers if anything wrong happen to you or your
friends

Role of Class Teacher
1. To help first year students to get acquainted with their professional pharmacy
course and examination pattern.
2. To examine their knowledge base, develop all round personality and provide the
necessary academic facility.
3. To provide counseling to fresh students of the college with regard to their stay,
academic, personal and general adjustment problem.
4. Monitoring of overall performance and progress and progress of students
5. Monthly analysis of students attendance
6. Informing defaulter student’s parents about their wards attendance.

Our college has implemented two schemes under the board of Students
Welfare Schemes of Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Do’s and Don’ts to be maintained by students in college
As per supreme court order, students involved in ragging activities
shall be liable for punishment such as FIR with police, expulsion from
the institute, debarring from university and fine Rs. 2,50,000/-
Students should maintain complete silence and decorum in the college
premises, campus, classrooms, library and corridors.
Minimum 75% attendance in theory and practical are mandatory to
appear for university examination.
Students during recess should not loiter here and there but shoul
usefully engage themselves by using library reading room facility.
Students must refrain from activities of politics nature, particularly
strikes and demonstration.
Participation in college activities and functions organized by the
college is compulsory.
Use and possession of mobile phone is strictly prohibited in the
classrooms and laboratories.
Don’t get in the habit of skipping/bunking classes. Attending class is
a critical component of learning and class notes are often a key part of
studying for exams.
