Black Twitter as a social phenomenon has also greatly shifted narratives of connectivity and galvanized a social movement. Black Twitter has become a significant organizing and mobilizing tool in the Movement for Black Lives It has also become a primary place for public accountability in the face of racial faux pas among white people.
