connect the Bataan Export Zone (BEZ) and Subic Bay Freeport

Zambales will be reduced from 120 minutes to 90 minutes.

CAPAS-BOTOLAN ROAD81.63 km east – west road connecting Capas, Tarlac and
Botolan, Zambales. Travel time will be reduced from 3 hours to
1 hour and 20 minutes.

NEW CLARK-BAMBAN-CAPAS ACCESS ROAD16 km road that will provide a direct link from the Clark
Freeport Zone to the New Clark City. Travel time between
Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga and Capas, Tarlac will be
reduced from 120 minutes to 90 minutes.
PROJECT COST: P 980.00 M

NEW CLARK CITY-MAC ARTHUR ACCESS
ROAD6.98 km access road that will provide a direct link from the
Mac Arthur Highway to the New Clark City. Travel time
between Manila North Road and New Clark City will be
reduced from 90 minutes to 30 minutes.
