1. SMARTJUMPER

This is a new way of understanding a company’s energy. A new way to manage it, to optimize

its performance. Making it more effective, cheaper. It is about knowing what it takes at once,

SMARTJUMPER is an information and smart performance unit with the best communications

available nowadays (WiFi, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth and our own via radio system which is called

SPYDERNET) that allows you to obtain all data about your electrical facility in order to get

the most savings. We are in the INFORMATION AGE, without information there can be no

analysis and thus there cannot be a good control. This unit has different measurement

saving devices and an automation system that allows you to interact with your business

automatically, avoiding unnecessary costs due to our wireless system.

2. TOTAL- CONTROL INFORMATION

It includes a network analyzer, which shows real-time information about consumption of our

facility and items installed on it. Through WIRELESS CENTRAL SMART 3.0 and even through any

TABLET, PC or mobile phone 3G. This is very important because this way we can clearly see the

different alarms of excessive consumption.

1. – CUMULATIVE AND INSTANT CONSUMPTION: CURRENT MONTH CUMULATIVE

CONSUMPTION IN € AND INSTANT REAL TIME CONSUMPTION: NO UNEXPECTED BILL

SURPRISES, CONTROL YOUR SPENDING AT ALL TIMES.

Instant consumption will clearly show that consumption has increased at a particular time and

will help us identify which machine has caused it. As a cost-saving measure, we could decide

not to turn on that machine for so long.

2.- CURRENT / PREVIOUS WEEK CONSUMPTION : SHOWS CUMULATED CONSUMPTION IN KW

AT SAME DAY AND TIME AS PREVIOUS WEEK.

3.- CUMULATED MONTH AND INSTANT CONSUMPTION: CUMULATED CONSUMPTION IN KW

OF CURRENT MONTH AND REAL TIME CONSUMPTION. IN THE EVENT OF THE MONTH

CURRENT CONSUMPTION IS SUPERIOR TO THE LAST MONTH, A RED LIGHT ALARM WILL START

FLASHING.

Thus we will be able to control our power bill and avoid over charge.

4.- REAL TIME STATE OF YOUR PHASES: SHOWS CONSUMPTION (KW), VOLTAGE (V) AND

ELECTRIC INTENSITY (A) OF ALL THREE PHASES: REAL TIME NETWORK ANALYZER, VERY

IMPORTANT IN ORDER TO CORRECT DISTURBANCES, ANALIZING OUR FACILITY AND SAVING

CONSUMPTION.

Thus we will be able to make corrections if phases are unbalanced, once failure is detected, we

could install a contactor, Smartjumper will automatically balance our 3 phases which will lead

to instant savings.

5.- REACTIVE POWER DISPLAY: SHOWS COS ϕ. 0’95 – 1 (GREEN) ELECTRICAL FACILITY IS IN

OPTIMAL CONDITION.

6.- SATELLITE MODULE DISPLAY: SHOWS ACTIVATED SATELLITE MODULES.

7.- MENU: SYSTEM SET UP AND ALL FUNTIONS.

8.- ARCHIVAL DATA: SHOWS CONSUMPTION IN YEARS, DAYS AND HOURS.

9.- TEMPERATURE DISPLAY: SHOWS DATE AND TEMPERATURE.

All consumption information can be obtained by installing the meters at the header of the

facility or any part of the facility (for instance, a production line) to act more specifically and

obtain specific consumption details (in some cases it is very important for production costs

optimization).

When installing a measurement module at any part of the facility we can also obtain

consumption in KW, by installing a probe we will get temperature details. This will be very

useful to avoid machines from breaking.

3. COMUNICATION- VIA RADIO SPYDERNET SYSTEM

Our power saver has a unique via radio system called SPYDERNET, which can connect 32

different devices per unit (capacitors / Input modules, measurement modules, Smartjumper

1.0). Each device can be installed up to 50 m away from each other, furthermore each one acts

as an amplifier and frequency repeater, achieving a wireless devices network.

By controlling 32 wireless devices we will have the option to activate up to 96 devices as

capacitor modules have 3 digital inputs and outputs. This will allow us to control all the

enterprise very specifically.

4. CAPACITORS – WIRELESS SMART JUMP

SMARTJUMPER Corrects power factor in the electrical facility either individually (SINGLE-

PHASE) or entirely (TRHEE-PHASE). Thus, reactive power correction is more accurate.

its wireless technology via radio, allows us to SAVE, PROTECT AND OPTIMIZE automatically

over those areas where it is really necessary. This technology allows us to place satellite

modules capable of correcting the Joule effect, maximizing savings and performance of our

electrical facility, regardless of size or capacity of it.

Moreover, our unique SOFTWARE is able to automatically adapt to any facility or phase,

resulting in:

- OPTIMIZING our appliances, acting as an energy filter, stabilizing voltage of our facility,

improving and increasing their life.

- PROTECTING our facility from electrical disturbances, fluctuations, surges, harmonic

distortions which are the most common cause of damages and breakdowns.

- SAVING on electricity bill, correcting power factor and thereby reducing consumption.

We recommend installing capacitor modules scattered around the facility to achieve power

factor correction, and also lower intensity and temperature (the higher temperature is the

more power consumption there is, and therefore more KW). In most cases we can drop active

power down to 5%.

5. AUDIT

The system will show a record of incidents and alarms, some incidents will be corrected

automatically by the computer and some should be treated by the installer (for example,

installing a contactor in a motor to balance phases) to improve performance of facility and

therefore maximize savings.

Among all these incidents could include:

-Human mistakes corrections

-Identifies when there is excessive power consumption

6. AUTOMATION

Smart Jumper is also a wireless BUSINESS AUTOMATION SYSTEM, allowing unlimited control of

a company to your imagination. It has 3 digital and 1 temperature inputs and 3 relay outputs in

the SMJ 1.0 and SMJ 2.0 UNIT which can be extended to a total of 96 digital, 32 temperature

inputs and 96 configurable relay outputs, with additional via radio input/output modules in the

smart unit 3.0.

AUTOMATIC ON / OFF CONTROL: Total control over lighting, electronic equipment,

machinery, doors, shutters, alarms and more.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Automatic control and settings over REFRIGERATORS, AIR

CONDITIONING, with temperature drop alert notice, allowing you to connect / disconnect

items remotely via TEXT MESSAGE or Internet. Thus we would avoid excessive consumption by

an inadequate or excessive preset temperature. This would be accomplished easily by using a

temperature probe and an input and output device which would turn power off.

ELECTRONIC TOTALIZER: Allows us to count automatically PEOPLE, ITEMS, VEHICLES, ETC.

Setting up outputs depending on scheduled presets.

CELL PHONE OR INTERNET REMOTE CONTROL: Allows us to get total control of a company

from anywhere in the world.

CELL PHONE ALARM NOTICE: intrusion, permanent power failure, among other configurations.

Our system will reflect any incident (power surge, temperature drop, etc ...). So we will know if

our storage temperature is in optimal condition.

6.1. Temp inputs

Through the temperature inputs, we will have alarms of cold temperature changes, rooms..

These activations and deactivations will be stored on the device, anywhere, sent by mail or

mobile phone.

6.2. Digital inputs

According to inputs or activations occur, we can interact, process or control our machines or

facility.
