What is SHT Team ? Who are we ?
We are a group of TUNISIAN students, studying in Tunisia and
abroad ( African Leadership Academy in South Africa).
What is our Goal and Vision ?
Our goal is to REVOLUTIONIZE Education in Tunisia and in Africa.
We believe that Education is the KEY to build a
prosperous future and become successful in all fields. That is
why we decided to work on a Pan-African organization
that will have a very specific mission: Establish a sustainable
organism that will CONTINUOUSLY correct and improve the
educational system in Africa.
How we are going to do it ?
In order to make this happen, we are working on a LONG TERM
PLAN. Yes we dream BIG but we will start small and
work slowly but surely. We will start by one department in the
organization: Teaching. And then step by step we will add
the other components.

If you are interested in leaving an impact and changing the

What is the S.H.T. ?
SHT, short for Show me How you Teach, is our FIRST baby step. As
we explained we are dreaming big but starting
small. This is a mentorship program designed for teachers aiming
to instill passion, emotional intelligence and teaching
skills into the teachers.

When and Where its Going to take place ?
SHT first pilot will be held this summer on the 14th 15th and
16th of August in Esprit.
Who can join us in this pilot from Students, Teachers,
Educational Experts and How ?
This pilot is going to be for English teachers only. However, in
our upcoming pilots we will enlarge our audience and
participants categories. If you are interested in participating

Quest ce que cest le groupe SHT ? Qui sommes nous ?
Nous sommes un groupe detudiants et eleves tunisiens , etudiant
en Tunisie et letranger ( African leadership
academy - Afrique du sud ).
Cest quoi notre objectif et notre vision ?
Notre objectif est de REVOLUTIONNER leducation en Tunisie et en
Afrique. Nous sommes convaincus que leducation
est le moyen cl pour construire un futur prospre et garantir le
succs dans tous les domaines.
Cest pourquoi nous avons decid de travailler sur une
organisation panafricaine ayant une mission specifique:
etablir un organisme durable qui corrigera et amliorera
continuellement le systeme educatif dans les pays africains .
Comment allons-nous le faire ?
Pour le realiser , nous sommes en train de travailler sur un
programme long terme . Cest vrai que nous revons gros
mais nous dbuterons petit et nous travaillerons peu peu mais
efficacement . Nous commenceront par un un seul
dpartement dans lorganisation: lenseignement , puis peu peu nous
ajouterons les autres composants .

Cest quoi le SHT ?
SHT , abreviation pour Show me How you Teach, est notre premiere
etape. Comme nous avons expliqu :
Nous revons gros mais nous commenons peu peu. Cest un programme
de mentorat pour les enseignants, ayant pour
objectif dinsuffler la passion, lintelligence emotionnelle et
les competences pedagogiques chez les enseignants .

Qui peut nous joindre pendant ce programme parmi les elves , les
enseignants et les experts pedagogique et

Cet evenement est dedis aux enseignants danglais seulement .
Mais , dans les prochains programmes pilotes , nous
allons elargir la base de notre audience et participants . Si
